Sha’Nelle Harper said yes to a future that should’ve made sense, but her heart is still somewhere in Trill-Land with Renza Mensah.

Now Renza knows she’s engaged, and this time, he isn’t chasing her. The man who once crossed lines, cities and oceans for her has gone quiet, leaving Sha’Nelle calling from different numbers, leaving messages and falling apart behind the silence he keeps giving her.
Renza refuses to save her from a choice she hasn’t fully faced. He still loves her, but he’s done forcing her to choose him, and his distance sends Sha’Nelle into a spiral that starts spilling into everyone around them.

With her fiancé Couture still attached to the life waiting for her and Renza slipping further out of reach, Sha’Nelle has to decide how far she’s willing to go for the man she can’t let go.
And this time, she’s willing to do whatever it takes to prove she wants Renza Mensah, even if she has to chase him across Trill-Land and go to the ends of the earth to show him that she’s finally choosing him.

Renza isn’t as untouched as he wants everybody to believe. Behind the silence, the missed calls and the distance, Sha’Nelle is still under his skin in a way anger can’t erase. He’s hurt, but he’s still a man in love with the woman who became part of him before either one of them knew how deep it would go.

Now the question is whether Renza can put his pride and pain to the side long enough to remember who Sha’Nelle is to him, or if the damage between them has finally become bigger than the love that kept pulling them back together.
