Hearing what sounded like the second man beginning to protest my demands, the one named Brice quickly cut him off. “Agreed. If she wants to go back with you, then we won't stop her from going.”

“And you will not try and talk her out of it or keep her away from me either. She will come home with me at the end of this, gentlemen. Or we have no deal.”

“Fine, we have a deal. Now do you know where he would take her?”

“I spoke with Lillian's father earlier and he said that he knows of a residence in Italy that Gustavo owns... but also he mentioned that a few years back Gustavo was contemplating buying a small island off the coast of Mexico, near some town by the name of Matamoros. He didn't know if he had gone through with the purchase or not and he didn't know of any other location Gustavo would have taken her to. I myself have never asked him about his private affairs.”

“Do you know who hired him in the first place?”

“I have an idea, but that's a matter I will be dealing with myself. You two just concentrate on brining my fiancée back to me and her family, safe, where she belongs. I’m having my jet fueled now and will be headed your way soon.”

I disconnected the call with my last words, giving them no chance to respond. I then called in Arnoldo.

“Yes, sir?”

“Have the jet fueled and ready for takeoff within the hour. We are headed to Mexico to bring my fiancée back. I want you and two of your best men with us. The rest need to stay here and look for Camilla,” taking a calming breath, I had a hard time saying these next words, knowing just how much damage I wanted to do to her for the problems she'd caused me. “She’s not to be harmed in anyway until I get back. Tell them to keep her in her room and she is not to leave it.”

“Yes, sir,” was all he said before he set off to follow through on my orders.
