Getting on the phone, Kelan said, “the phone was dumped because the signal from the ring is now five miles away from where the phone signal was coming from. If I had to guess I'd say he's headed towards Port Lavaca. If he gets her there... I'm not sure how much range this tracking device had, it's usually up to five hundred miles but it just depends. You need to get to her before he gets her to the gulf.”
