Hearing my phone gooff in my office, I moved to reach for it and froze when I saw the name displayed across it, knowing this could be my best shot yet at finding out just where Porter took Keira. "Agent Larson, what can I do for you?"
"Hello sir, I'm calling you because I think we have a serious security breech in our system."
"What do you mean? What breech?"
"I believe we have a rouge Agent that's working for Pablo's brother, Luciano, and is trying to get to Senator Watson's daughter and Mr. Jensen."
"Who do you think this Agent is, Larson?"
"Jackson, sir. I've spoken to Agent Walker, he also believes Jackson has gone rouge."
"Now you know I don't take accusations like this lightly Agent Larson, so you had better have some damn good evidence to back this claim of yours up."
"I'm gathering it as we speak, sir. I will bring everything I've got to you as soon as I have it."
"You do that. And Larson?"
"Yes, sir?"
"This stays just between you and I. I don't want this getting out until we are positive and have indisputable evidence."
"Yes, sir."
After I hung up with Larson, I knew I needed to get a hold of Jackson as soon as possible.
"Hello?"
"It's me, hey look, Larson and Walker are on to you."
"What? Do they have any evidence against me?"
"No, it seems Agent Larson is trying to gather it now. I think we need to let Luciano in on this little discovery and let him take care of Agent Larson and Agent Walker for us."
"How are we going to get them in the same spot at the same time?"
"You just leave that up to me. Right now, Larson believes that I'm going to back him up, so I'll find a way to put the two of them in the same place at the same time. I’ll tell Luciano to have his men there to take both of them out before they turn this little inside investigation of theirs into something bigger."
"Okay, I'm here at the airport now to see if I can find out just where Porter and Keira took a flight to. Oh, and the other man on that security footage that they were with? Is none other than Vance Martinez with Black Spade Securities."
"Well, well, well, they just keep stacking up. Pretty soon we're going to have the whole lot of them in one place. Keep up the good work, and if you get any calls from Agent Larson or Walker, watch yourself."
"Will do."
After I hung up with Jackson, I called Luciano and updated him on the new information I had and discuss Larson and Walker's demise.
