“Ugh. You’re so boring. Alright. I’ll behave. But if he sticks his tongue out, don’t blame me if I put something on it.”

Shaking her head, Winter took another deep breath and gathered her thoughts. Once she was ready, she strode over to the bathroom door, gripped the knob, twisted and pulled the door open. There he stood, staring down at her like he’d been waiting for her his entire life. He smiled then licked him lips.

“Oh shit. This is not a drill. Time to put something on his tongue.”

Winter could feel Vicky rising up. Hurriedly, she stepped back and slammed the door. Or, at least, she tried to. Rhen stepped forward, pushing into the room, forcing her to retreat to the back wall. Her eyes widened when he slammed the door behind him. Her heart damn near beat out of her chest when she heard the lock click.

She was locked in her bathroom with Rhen Fujisaki, the man of her dreams and nightmares. The man her demon was rising up for. The man she both loved and hated at the same damn time. Shit. Winter open her mouth to speak. No words came out. Vicky pushed at her, trying to break free.

Winter bit her tongue. Pain would help distract her from what was going on within her body. Vicky, who used to be all about chaos, and causing Winter to want to fight and destroy things, was now all about fucking and was causing Winter to yearn for things she shouldn’t yearn for. Like having Rhen shove his cock down her throat.

Those weren’t even her thoughts. Those were Vicky’s. And with her back to the wall, watching him approach her, all she could think about was stripping for him, turning around and then bending over so he could slam into her. Who cared if her head banged against the wall?

Fuck a concussion. Again, those were Vicky’s thoughts. Both she and Vicky lost the ability to think when Rhen reached them and placed his hands on the wall above her head. His dark eyes were trained on her.

“Why are you hiding in the bathroom?”

She shook her head. I’m not hiding.

He frowned and shook his head too then asked, “What the hell does that mean?”

Winter shook her head again. Damn, he smelled so good. And he was so close. And he had a big Adam’s apple. That thought came from War. Why the hell did War find his Adam’s apple sexy? Vicky wanted to lick it. Winter just wanted to go outside so she could get some air. She tried to duck under his arm. He leaned to the right, blocking her way. He placed his finger under her chin. Winter immediately recoiled. Moving backward so fast that she banged her head on the wall.

“You okay?” Rhen asked.

She raised her hands, shielding herself from him. “No touching.”

He smiled. “I’m not touching you.”

“You were a second ago.”

“I touched your chin. That’s it.”

“No touching any part of me. Got it?”

His gaze roamed over her. A low growl rose from within him. He smiled. A big ass smile she hadn’t seen him sport in a long time.

“It seems a part of you wants me to touch you.”

“What?” Winter frowned.

“Your inner animal. She’s growling for me.”

“No, she’s…” Winter heard the growl again. It was indeed coming from her. “War, you motherfucking traitor. Stop it. Stop it right now.”

“Sorry,” War purred. “He smells good.”

“Good enough to lick,” Vicky added.

Winter shook her head. They were going to drive her crazy.

Rhen took a step back. “You don’t know how happy you’ve made me today.”

“What? I didn’t make you happy. I will never make you happy.”

He nodded. “You did. You’ve made me very happy.”

“Stop smiling. I have never done anything to make you happy. I never will.”
