“We have a fully stocked bar here.”

Max sighed. “Look, I didn’t want to be the one to say this, but he was really bummed that we weren’t going to a titty bar. I bet that’s where he’s headed to first.”

I’m going to kill him.

“It’s not even eleven o’clock in the morning,” Bastien said between his teeth.

“From the flyers we saw in the airport, there’s a lot of lunch shows going on.”

“Where?”

“All over. Scarlett’s looked good. So did Coco’s. There’s one right by the airport, too. Maybe that’s where he is?”

“Go there. Find him. Drag him back here if you have to. I’ll call the limo company to see if I could narrow it down.”

“We already did that. The driver’s not answering his phone.”

“Leave that to me. I’ll call you when I have something. Let me know if you find him first.”

Bastien waited on hold for a half hour, but he finally got a supervisor to do a GPS trace on the limousine since the driver wasn’t picking up. He downloaded their app and demanded the information be sent to him so he could track them down.

“I’m very sorry, Mr. Ainsworth. But the driver was retained by Mr. Benjamin and Mr. Benjamin’s orders were that he was not to be disturbed.”

“If you ever want to do business with my family again, you will get me access to the tracker on that limo.”

“There are certain legal issues we have to consider.”

“You own the limo. I want to know where it is until my future brother-in-law is where he’s supposed to be.”

“Sir, if he doesn’t want to be taken to you, we can’t force him.”

“I’m not asking you to. All I’m asking is for you to tell me where he is.”

There was a long pause and Bastien was getting ready to go over his head to the next level supervisor when the supervisor said, “I understand you’re concerned about your brother-in-law’s safety. I can tell you that the limo is in Little Havana on the Calle Ocho strip. My guess is he’s doing a little sightseeing before he goes to South Beach.”

“Are there strip bars there?”

“Sir, I am not a travel guide. Please don’t call back.”

Bastien was about to snap back at the man, but he had been hung up on. This was ridiculous. He called Zack, Shane and Max but got their voice mails. He was ready to throw his phone against the wall, but decided to put it in the pocket of his board shorts before he did something stupid.

“Mikelina,” he called. But she and Kirk Diamonte had already left. When had that happened?
