“Black is safe, ya know.” I snort, pointing to him. “Case in point.”

“Fuck being safe. You only live once.”

“Did I just get YOLO-ed?”

“I’m serious.”

“Then what’s your excuse?”

“I don’t wear black because it’s safe, pet. I wear it for two reasons. One, it scares the shit out of people. Two, it hides blood well.”

“I guess that makes sense. The blood part, I mean.”

He studies me. “That doesn’t scare you?”

“No. My father was a soldier. I’ve seen my fair share of blood. So much that I can stitch up a wound if needed.”

“Most women would suggest that I find a new career.”

“I’m not most women.”

“No, you most certainly aren’t.”

It’s silly, but that comment makes me so dang happy.

I try on a few more items until Kieran nods.

“I think this is a nice start. You’ll need shoes and undergarments to match. Ready to go?”

“Are you going to watch me try on undergarments, too?”

“I might.”

I still can’t tell if he’s joking, so I say nothing. Though the thought of him watching me doesn’t bother me. Quite the opposite, actually.

Kieran

I’m starved by the time Ari and I get home, and I don’t mean for food. Watching her try on different clothes was the sweetest torture, especially after purposely making sure she didn’t have panties on when she left the house. She’s fucking stunning, but the baffling part is that she doesn’t even know how beautiful she is. There were several moments today when I had to restrain myself from grabbing her and sinking my hands into her thick flesh as I fucked her.

“Should I change for dinner?”

Her soft voice brings me out of my lustful thoughts, and I nod.

“Wear the blue dress.” I make a motion to my own chest. “The one with the ivory bow.”

“It’s called a milkmaid’s dress.”

Fucking hell. Of course it’s called that. Because all I could picture when she tried it on was untying the bow on her chest and letting her breasts spill out. That led to a vision of taking her from behind, while her tits bounced. My cock throbs in my pants and I have to resist adjusting myself.

“Be ready by seven.”

“Yes, Sir.”

Jesus Christ.

She carries a few shopping bags with her up the stairs. Sebastian has already gathered the rest and will help her unpack her new items. If I was smart, I’d go to my own room and take care of this hard-on, but there are some calls I need to make. Unfortunately.
