“What did he want?” Dag asks as he stands.

“To write the truth before it gets out there,” I share, “I told him to fuck off as we have nothing to say.”

“Well, hopefully he doesn’t post whatever video he has.” Dag says as he inclines his head towards the door, “for now we better start making our way to Tor.”

“I’ll just go and tell Druza I’m leaving,”

“She went with the others into town,” Dag says walking before me.

“What?” I feel my stomach tightening, “her family might be waiting for her.” Dag glances back as he enters the bar area.

“The two prospects are with them, nothing will happen.” I grunt at his assurance, still displeased with the idea of her out there without me, but hesitant to do anything as I know that she needs that guarantee that she is not a prisoner here. I should have known they were going out when Violet came to ask me for my card, but I thought they were just going to buy stuff online. I know that the women are safe with the two prospects with them, but my worry is that any of the men in the camp could be out there watching for an opportunity to grab her.

I pull out my phone to send a quick text to one of the prospects to warn him to keep his guard up and to let me know if anything happens.

Colborn and Eirik are parking their Harleys as we walk towards ours. “How was everything?” I ask as they switch theirs off.

“All good, no sign of the Doctor” Eirik states as he inclines his head towards the main gate, “Where are the Prospects?”

“They went with the girls into Town, they should be a couple of hours.” Dane replies as he mounts his motorcycle getting ready for us to leave and go and relieve the others.

“How’s Tor’s mood?” Dag asks.

“Let’s just say he’s not talking much,” Colborn answers, “if the Doctor doesn’t make an appearance soon he might blow.”

“Fuck, I thought he would have calmed down by now,” I say sitting on my bike.

“Would you, if it was your woman they were after?” Tal’s question has me shaking my head, if I knew that anyone was intending to hurt my woman in any way I would be out for blood. Leaning forward I start my Harley, the feel of its soothing vibration running through my body. The growl of the bike blocking out every other noise. I want to get to the others and do my shift, a bonus would be if the asshole decided to attack while I’m there because no matter the fact that he is after Tor’s woman, I have priority in killing the son of a bitch. He killed my beautiful, innocent sister and I will make sure that he will die a slow, painful death.

The others start their motorcycles as Colborn and Eirik make their way inside. They will be here to keep the women safe when they get back. I want to make sure that we get rid of that scumbag, so all our women and others out there are safe from the likes of him. Ever since I can remember that we have always had to fight some evil asshole that thought he was God, this is just one more of them, it is a shame that so many women have been hurt in the past because of this evil, but if we can help it, we will make it a safer place, if not for everyone at least for women that have special abilities.

The ride doesn’t take us long, when we arrive the others are already waiting by their motorcycles ready to leave. It’s going to be a long twelve hours without seeing my woman, but at least I know that she’s safe and that the other women are keeping her entertained.

“Aren’t you going back?” Dane asks Tor as we notice that he is not making any move to get onto his Harley.

“I’m staying,” he states in a no-nonsense tone. “We have been keeping to the trees, I don’t want anyone near the house unless there is a real threat.”

I need to tell him about the video but fuck if I’m going to say anything while he’s in this mood. He starts to turn when he stops to pull his phone out of his back jeans pocket. A frown appears on his forehead when he looks at the name on the screen before answering.

“Draco?” I tense hearing our presidents name, Draco is one elemental that we all have the highest respect for, but that scares the crap out of anyone with his raw strength. Draco like Tor will die for their men, but their anger is quick and sometimes volatile if there is something done which they don’t like. “No fucking way,” I hear Tor argue, “she’s a menace, you know that if she comes here, she will destabilize the women here.”

I grin knowing exactly who they are talking about, Nova, Ceric’s mate is a force unto herself. We all thought that she would calm down once she had her first child, but that only seemed to empower her more. In the past when I saw Ceric and Nova together I envied Ceric on his good fortune because even though Nova is unpredictable, she does everything to make her mate happy. They are both suited to each other, as Ceric is a rebel at heart with a mischievous core that used to drive some of us crazy. He now has a mate that rivels him, and even though I know that Draco and all the others secretly find it amusing the life that those two bring to the elementals it sometimes can be a problem.

I remember once hearing that Nova organized men stripers to attend a party at the main chapter, I grin remembering the others say that Draco nearly had a stroke when all the stripers came prancing into the club to dance. The other brothers were ready to commit murder as their mates cheered the stripers. Apparently, it was a fiasco, one that Nova initiated.

“Now is not the best time,” Tor argues, “why don’t you send them to another chapter,” I will be sure to keep Druza away from Nova, because it will be certain that there will be some kind of trouble when she’s around.

“Fuck you very much,” Tor grunts as he disconnects the call to slip the phone back into his back pocket.

“You are complaining, but I know that you secretly love having her around.” Asger states as he walks up to Tor to stand before him. Tor shakes his head, but now there is amusement in his expression.

“I do, as she brings life to anywhere, she is.” Tor says, “I just like to give Draco a hard time. Welcome back Asger” Tor says as he slaps Asger on the back in welcome.

“What did she do now?” Dane asks crossing his arms.

“Something about painting all the guy’s bike tires pink.” Tor’s statement has all the men guffawing in amusement as we imagine the founding members faces when they go out to see their bikes with pink tires.

“I don’t know where she gets her ideas, but she’s a genius,” I state with a grin.
