I turned on the jets and cranked my legs up to another level as I raced towards the last quarter mile of the three miles I was trying to run each and every day. I’d rededicated myself to fitness recently and so far, I’d done very well running each and every single day. I had started slowly at a half mile and I’d been working my way up each week.
