“You have to leave while I pee.”

“Not happening, my girl. But I will face the other way if that helps.” He turned on the tap and gave her his back.

Oh, stuff it. She was beyond caring about this. Who cared if he wanted to listen to her pee. She did her business then tidied herself up. Just as she was standing, he turned back.

He crouched down, uncaring that he was kneeling on a bathroom floor.

“Hands on my shoulders,” he commanded as he pulled up her pants.

Tears filled her eyes. Maybe this wasn’t the relationship she thought she would have. This wasn’t the life she thought she would live.

But she had friends who cared about her. A crazy town, where she felt at home. And a man who would pull up her pants when she was feeling weak.

Oh, and he also loved, accepted, and adored her.

A perfectly imperfect life.

And she thought she was the luckiest person in the world.

Epilogue

“Aaaarrrrghhhh, First Mate Daddy, are you ready to plunder the seven seas?”

“Aye-aye, Captain Georgie,” Ed replied, grabbing a cloth and soaping it up.

Georgie was sitting in the bath. She had her hair up in a pirate shower cap that Ed had ordered online for her.

“As soon as I make sure that Captain Georgie is nice and clean.”

“Pirates aren’t clean, Daddy,” she explained to him. “Pirates don’t care about baths. Pirates just want treasure!” She grabbed the pirate boat that Aunt Marie had given to her as a gift after she’d been kidnapped.

The second time.

That had been three weeks ago. She’d spent that time recovering. Ed had taken more time off to take care of her, which she’d hated. She didn’t like to be an inconvenience. When she’d mentioned that to him, she’d gotten several hard smacks to the ass then she’d had to write a hundred times that she was not an inconvenience.

She wouldn’t make that mistake again.

Xavier was happy with how much better she was doing under Ed’s watchful care, which just gave him more ammunition to fuss over her. She’d also started seeing Archer, the therapist who lived at Sanctuary Ranch. She’d been really nervous at first, but Archer was surprisingly easy to talk to.

She’d kept expecting Ed to bring up the fact that she was owed a rather large punishment. The one that he’d promised her for leaving the house alone without her phone or calling him.

But it seemed that he might have forgotten about it. If he had, she certainly wasn’t going to bring it up.

Trenton Strange had been denied bail and sent to high security prison. Same one as Saber. She hoped they didn’t get to talking. Ed was still upset with himself for not noticing that Trenton had been spying on them. But they’d had a lot going on. And from what Trenton had confessed, most of the time he’d kept well back, using high-powered binoculars. He’d only usually gotten closer to deliver the roses.

All of her brothers had been to visit. She’d experienced an abundance of lectures and smothering. Her mother hadn’t tried to contact her at all.

But her loss, right?

“Well, Daddy cares about Captain Georgie being clean. And if she doesn’t let him wash her, then she’ll end up in time-out after her bath.”

He started washing her arms. Not easy when her ship was sailing rough ocean seas. “Oh no, we lost some of the crew overboard,” she cried as some of the small men on her pirate boat fell off into the bath.

Then Daddy ran the cloth over her breasts, making her shiver. The cloth brushed against her nipples several times until they were hard peaks.

“Daddy,” she groaned. “Pirates don’t get put in time-out.”

“Yes, they do.”
