Ridiculous creature.
I want to tell him running makes it worse, that now I will never let him go, but I’m too busy smiling and feeling myself wake up fully.
I hear the words, I watch what’s happening, but I can’t believe it.
“Bonding with Harvest?” I spit, absolutely beyond furious.
I stare at my alpha. MY ALPHA.
“You want to explain?”
Harvest swallows, and a flash of guilt crosses his face. He shakes his head. “No.”
“Fine,” I growl. “Have you told my brother yet?”
The omega just looks devastated.
The bikers glare at me, but I’m not scared of them. At all.
I don’t care who thinks they can have my alpha.
No one is having him but me.
I turn on my heel.
It’s time they met the real Gian.
I sit opposite the old biker and sip my whiskey.
“I want him.”
“You can’t have him.”
I set the glass on the table and lean back, idly turning it. I just stare at him.
“He belongs to me.”
“No one belongs to another person.”
I bark a laugh. “Don’t be so naive. That alpha is mine. Heart, soul, body, his dreams, his thoughts, his fears, his past, his future, and his scent. It is all mine. I will not give him up.”
“I don’t have to listen to this.”
I smile and lean forward, placing several photos on the table.
“We can do this in two ways. You can give him to me and step out of the way so I can court him. Or I can take him and destroy you all along the way.”
He looks down at the photos and reaches out slowly to pick one up; his hand trembles.
“Are you going to hurt him?”
I laugh softy. “Only if he asks me to.”
“Who are you?”
“My name is Gian.”
He gulps and slumps in the seat, looking utterly defeated. “They are my children.”
