Dylan had no doubt Alec would drag the whole story out of him later by means foul or fair later on.

Bennett looked at his friends. “Are you two, you know, involved in that whole BDSM scene then?”

Alec’s face flushed slightly. Dylan thought it was adorable.

Bennett swallowed. “Actually, don’t say anything. I really don’t want to know about your private affairs when it comes to that. Learning too much about gay man sex the other night was enough for me.”

He took a large gulp of his brandy, pulling a face at noticing it was nearly finished. Dylan thought he probably needed another one the way this evening’s conversation was going.

Dylan burst out laughing. “Bennett, stop being so bloody po-faced. Alec and I aren’t into that formally, but we have friends who are pretty deep into the scene.” He grinned. “We prefer to leave our BDSM stuff for the privacy of the bedroom.”

Alec once again smacked Dylan, this time across the back of the head.

Dylan yowled and glared at Alec. “Christ, that hurt.” He rubbed his head gingerly.

Alec gazed at him with a stare worthy of a basilisk. “Then stop teasing poor Bennett and telling him stuff about our bloody sex life,” Alec muttered. He looked at Bennett and asked, “You said Fraser gave you a card. Did you keep it by any chance?”

Bennett stared at him in horror. “God no. I tore it up and left it on the bar.” He looked at the bar top and frowned at seeing the card was missing. Dylan lightly touched his pocket, making sure the card was still there.

I’ll tell Alec I have it later. God knows what we’ll do with it but it is always handy to have a Dom’s business card on tap. Or should that be on top?

Dylan sniggered, and Alec looked at him curiously.

Bennett sighed. “I’m sure you can both go rummage through the rubbish bins. You might be able to find it and piece it back together.” His tone was acerbic, and both of the other men grinned.

“Nah, we’ll pass on that one. That reeks of desperation.” Dylan chuckled as he reached out to take Bennett’s now empty glass from him. He gestured. “Another one?”

Bennett shook his head. “No, it’s ten o’clock. I’d better get home to Cassie.”

As he stretched, his mobile went off. He reached into his jacket pocket, which hung on the chair arm beside him, and took it out. He smiled as he read it, then texted back. He stood up to go and Dylan raised an enquiring eyebrow.

“Sexting, Bennett? That’s the smile of a man about to get lucky.”

Bennett grinned. “That might be the case.” His phone bleeped again, and he glanced down at it and grinned again. He pulled on his jacket and slipped the mobile into his pocket. He turned to his friends. “Chaps, thanks for that most enlightening of evenings. It was great meeting up.”

Dylan reached in to hug him. “That’s what we’re here for. Now get off home and go make crazy passionate love to Cassie.” He sniggered. “Unless you fancy doing it with one or both of us.”

Bennett’s fierce glare would have put the most rabid of dogs off attacking him as they turned tail and ran.

Alec shook his head in amusement and reached out to pull Dylan over to him. “There’s only one man who’s making love to you and that’s me,” he murmured as he caressed Dylan’s cheek. “Now leave the heterosexual man alone and let him get home.”

Dylan was only too happy to accommodate Alec and not for the first time he marvelled at the fact that he’d found this wonderful man.

Tonight, he intended showing Alec exactly how much he appreciated him.
