“Alright.”
It made sense. But the truth was, he was “being himself” at home, too. Just a different side of himself. He liked doing construction, working side-by-side with his brothers and taking on heavy tasks. He liked going out drinking with the guys as much as he secretly liked watching chick flicks with Maria José and his mother.
It wasn’t something he’d realized until just now.
“Do you want to head back now, or stay for dessert? I know you were interested in the chocolate cake.”
It suddenly felt like a very long day. An amazing, tumultuous, overwhelming day. “Maybe go back?”
“I’ll order us some cake to go, when I get the check. How does that sound?”
“Thank you, D…” The word almost slipped out. And somehow, another thing occurred to him. “No wait. I’m supposed to get this one.”
Austin kissed his fingertips. “You can get the next one. Let’s just head home.”

Austin
Austin dug his fingers into Mateo’s beefy shoulders. His muscles were like rocks. He switched to pushing with his palms, locking his arms for more pressure as he kneeled over his boy’s back.
“God, that feels amazing. You’re too good to me.”
Austin hummed as he massaged. “That’s impossible. Nothing’s too good for you.”
He’d thought he’d be taking his new boyfriend home last night for a night of debauchery, breaking out a few toys and edging him into oblivion. Instead, after the heavy conversation at the restaurant, their evening had ended in cuddles and sweet kisses on the bed, never even resolving into sex.
This morning they’d wandered through the farmer’s market and picnicked in the park, enjoying the fresh produce, artisanal sandwiches, and perfect weather. But Mateo had been distracted and Austin just wanted to bring him home.
Now he at least had his sub laid out underneath him, naked like he ought to be and groaning with pleasure.
Even if it was a different kind of pleasure than he might have originally planned.
He pressed a kiss between his shoulder blades. “Do you want to talk, Peach, or just let everything go?”
Mateo tensed, then slowly let out his breath. “Could we talk about it?”
“Yes. And when we’re done, I’m going to make you forget every thought in your head.”
Mateo moaned. “That sounds amazing.”
“Start when you’re ready,” Austin prompted, shifting to a new angle. He loved how his thighs stretched over Mateo’s broad back and round ass. He could barely bring his knees down to meet the bed.
It helped that he was naked, too, his half-hard cock dragging over all of that plush skin.
“Thank you, Daddy. I’m not sure where to start, though. My brain’s going in circles.”
Austin kept being surprised by how satisfying this part of being a Daddy was, too. He wanted to provide everything for his boy. Like massages and a listening ear.
“Are you still thinking about Sofia seeing you?” he asked, figuring it was a good place to start.
When he thought about what the Catholic church was putting his sweet boy through, he saw red. There had to be enough emotional baggage there for Mateo to unpack for years.
But it sounded like Mateo had already found his way through some of it. Even if Austin was still processing, he wanted to make sure that Mateo led the conversation.
“Huh? No. I mean, yes. But it’s a huge city. I’m mostly thinking about this gallery thing.”
“Ah.” The same issue, but from another direction.
