Daddy’s arms came up around Jamie, cradling him close. “Penny for your thoughts?”

“Is this breaking the rules? What we’re doing with Neil?”

Daddy rubbed his scruff against Jamie’s forehead as he answered. “I was thinking more that we would bend them a bit, maybe think of this weekend as an extended scene if both of you want it. I should have checked in with you before bringing him dinner last night or sending you up to his room to get dressed, but it seemed right at the time. If I overstepped with what I offered him last night, we can change it now. You know you’re always my first priority.”

Jamie felt his heart slow, everything settling back into place. The weekend was a scene that all three of them were doing together, with a clear beginning and end. That made much more sense. “Yep. I just wanted to know where things stood. And you didn’t overstep. With Neil… He needs a Daddy to tuck him into bed and make sure he eats.” And Jamie could watch Daddy with him, see how things went, and maybe consider some options for later.

“I think he needs a bright, shimmery Dragonfly to tempt him with those beautiful green eyes.”

“And blowjobs,” Jamie added. “He said morning blowjobs.”

Daddy chuckled and gave Jamie a kiss. “I love you, boy.”

“I love you too, Daddy.”

Jamie lifted his face for another kiss, but Ty interrupted. “And I love serving our guests breakfast while it’s still hot. You got this Jamie, or should I run it out?”

Jamie laughed. “You’re such a cockblocker, Ty.”

Ty buffed his nails on his shirt. “It’s my specialty.”

It was kind of a joke between them. Ty had unfortunately had to interrupt them more than once on their evenings off when there was an emergency with a guest or the building. Naturally, in response, Jamie made it his mission to playfully interrupt Ty when his boyfriend and sub, Milo, dropped by to steal a kiss in the corner.

Jamie hopped down from the stool feeling better. He had Daddy’s love and his family—that is, Ty and their other employee, Maria—around him.

Neil hadn’t even said yes yet. He was just a tantalizing possibility. And whether they played in or out of the dungeon, this was just for a weekend. If anything happened, it would hopefully be fun for all three of them and build up Neil’s confidence. There was no reason for them to get attached beyond that, especially since Neil would eventually be looking for something long-term.

For right now, it was enough that Jamie wanted to see Neil flush with pleasure, and see that tender smile on Daddy’s face that he hadn’t seen in so long. Jamie was going to leave it at that.

He looked down at the plate. “We need three hearts,” he pointed out before he could stop himself. Neil wasn’t Henri, and he also wasn’t like their other hook-ups. If this was all one long scene, Jamie was going to do it right. Neil deserved to be wooed for the weekend.

Ty raised his eyebrows, then added another one from the bottom half of the cornbread and incorporated it into the arrangement. “Must be some guy. Good luck!”

“Thanks! Do you guys need the cart back?” Jamie asked.

Daddy shook his head. “I’ll grab it when I bring your food. Tell Neil I said to eat his breakfast like a good boy.”

Jamie giggled, getting back into the spirit of the seduction. And maybe a bit more than that. He could already imagine Neil blushing when he saw the plate, which made something warm pulse inside him.

It was always a bit of a rush flirting with someone new and discovering their kinks and desires. But taking it outside the bedroom, or the dungeon, was exciting in a different way. From the beginning, the flirting had seemed to go so far beyond sex.

Jamie carefully pushed the cart out, watching to make sure it didn’t get caught on his curved prosthetic, which had happened before. No matter how much he got used to it, the lack of sensory feedback was annoying.

“Hey everyone,” he greeted the guests. They responded with a mixture of early morning mumbles and cheery greetings. His eyes went to Neil first, who barely whispered his reply. Just adorbs.

A few of the guests were clustered together, one couple was sitting very close, and Neil was off on his own. The thought made Jamie a little sad, but on the bright side, it just meant he’d have more of Neil’s attention.

Jamie pushed the cart around each table, dropping off dishes as he passed. The guests gave him their smaller plates with muffin crumbs in return. He saved Neil’s plate for last.

“Anyone sitting here?” he asked as he slid the plate in front of him.

“No. Just me. Um, hi! I guess you’re working right now?”

“Nope. I don’t do breakfast when I’m leading a climb, or most mornings in the summer when Daddy has someone working with him in the kitchen. So may I join you?”

“Of course.” Neil looked flustered. He was wearing a tight-fitting blue cotton shirt and khaki pants, both so new they could have just arrived from a catalogue. “This looks good.”

“Yeah, Daddy and Ty both love to cook for people.” Jamie slid into the empty chair, chattering to help Neil feel at ease. “Ty’s our employee-slash-mentee-slash-baby cousin on the queer side. Or something like that. He’s in college now but he comes back on all of his breaks to wake up fuck-early in the morning and make breakfast with Daddy. God knows why.”
