If the JewBoy1 account was to be believed, the spanking today was just the beginning. He could see that Levi was an exhibitionist. Just mentioning the window had gotten him panting, though the likelihood of anyone seeing from this height at this time of night was almost nil. The idea of it was tantalizing, though. There were so many places that Saul would love to show Levi off.

It still amazed Saul that Levi hadn’t been snapped up by another Dom a long time ago. Or rather, another Daddy.

Saul tried out the word again in his mind. What did it mean for Levi? What might it mean for him?

If today was any indication, it was a lot of watching Levi be adorable and laughing at his antics. Taking care of his boy in small ways while Levi clapped his hands in glee or gazed at him with that besotted look.

Right now, Saul got to hold him and it filled another part of his soul. Saul had always enjoyed aftercare, and Levi seemed to revel in it. After all of his bouncy energy today, he seemed content to just rest his head on Saul’s shoulder. His breath was slow and even. His body still except that small patch of skin that he kept touching near Saul’s waist.

Levi’s hand was actually touching him. Levi wanted to touch him. It was amazing.

The moment seemed like a bubble, trapped outside of time and reality. A tiny, perfect sphere of sensual closeness. Just Saul and his boy.

Levi shifted a bit, and Saul realized he was probably uncomfortable. They’d been snuggling in the same position for most of an hour and Levi was still wearing his shoes. Saul was also pretty sure that dried cum in your underwear wasn’t a good thing, even if most of his knowledge of the male anatomy was by hearsay.

Levi wasn’t complaining, though. He just nuzzled in further.

“Are you falling asleep on me, boy?” he murmured against his ear. It would be alright if he was, but he might be more comfortable in another position.

Levi shook his head, but didn’t sit up. “Not sleeping. I was looking at our reflections.”

Saul shifted until he could see, and the bubble of calm popped.

There they were. Saul’s feet barely touched the floor while Levi’s long legs were tucked against his thighs. Levi was still a full head taller, and wide enough that most of Saul’s body was hidden behind him.

It was frustrating. Not at all like he thought a Daddy and boy should look. Not that body shape was that important. But well… it still was. On top of that, they were in his office. It had been hot a moment ago, but now reality was setting in. He hadn’t just broken company protocol, but done it on company grounds.

“What do you see?” he finally asked.

Levi pulled away just enough to look down at him. “A naughty boy whose boss had to punish him? And then gave him snuggles?” His face was just so open and sweet. Like he didn’t have a care in the world.

Levi’s lightness could always cut through Saul’s storm clouds. Of course that would be all that he saw.

Then Levi’s nose wrinkled adorably. Saul looked forward to hearing some silly complaint.

“I suppose we ought to talk about all of this?” Levi’s eyes shone with a teasing light. How could he manage to ask such an important question, but still look naughty while he did it?

The last thing that Saul wanted to do was put all of his half-formed fears into words. But with Levi taking the flirtatious lead, it seemed somewhat possible.

“Levi, you know this shouldn’t have happened, don’t you?”

As soon as he said it, Levi’s face fell.

Saul couldn’t stand seeing that expression. “Sorry, that came out all wrong. What I meant was, I’m your supervisor. If we didn’t work together, it might be different, but...” He wasn’t even sure what he was going to say. Something that honored how beautiful Levi was while also apologizing for putting him in this position, and probably making it clear that it could never happen again. Without hurting Levi’s feelings.

Levi cut him off with an enthusiastic shake of his head that made his wavy hair bounce. “Nope. You’re not my direct supervisor. You don’t do my evaluations. There’s no conflict of interest. That’s what the HR policy says.”

He’d read the HR policy on this? “Technically. But I think it’s a bit different when I own the company. If I even approve a temporary assistant, I can be accused of nepotism. Not to mention that if Nikhil ever left, his position would probably go to you or Christy. It would be my call to make, and then I might be your direct supervisor.”

“I think that’s kind of missing the point of the policy, though. I mean, if you’re attracted to someone”–he rolled his torso seductively to demonstrate–“couldn’t you show favoritism without having an actual relationship? Like, what if you promoted me to get me into your bed?” He waggled his eyebrows lasciviously, like an evil villain from a silent film.

Saul laughed. Trust Levi to both have some really solid and constructive ideas and present them in the cutest, most ridiculous way possible. This was exactly why he was so perfect.

“So what would you suggest?”

“Get rid of the rule that says people can’t date their direct supervisors. Change it so that if they’re dating their direct supervisors, there have to be checks on their performance reviews and assignments. Get someone from HR and someone from another team involved to oversee areas where there could be conflicts of interest. Bring it out in the open so that you’re relying on transparency instead of asking people to do the morally right thing for the good of the company at the expense of their personal happiness, or the reverse.”

Somehow, during that conversation Levi had shifted back from sweet boy into competent project manager. It seemed like they shouldn’t be having this conversation with their bodies still twined so intimately together, but Saul couldn’t bear to let him go.
