The wash of pain slipped away from individual strikes into a haze of sensation. He was rocking again now, trying to chase Saul’s hand and humping against the empty air before him. Sounds pushed through his lungs, deep and gasping.

His eyes slipped closed, everything blending together then focusing into a tiny point. Saul. Pain. Obedience. Saul.

He was so close. Right on the edge of something magnificent.

“Come, boy.”

On the next slap, everything rushed through him like an earthquake, shaking him from his moorings. Need and pain and care all coursed through him, mingling into beautiful fragments and a glorious whole.

“Saul!” he sobbed. Then softer, “Saul,” as the sharp strikes became gentle taps and he rode the final, shivering waves of pleasure.

It wasn’t the word that he wanted to say, but some small, nervous part of his brain managed to hold it back. Having a Daddy was something special and sacred. Until he knew what Saul wanted, he’d just have to imagine it.

But it was so easy to imagine.

Long caresses down his back left him floating. Warm and safe, with Daddy to take care of him.

“Come up here, boy.”

Levi barely opened his eyes as Saul guided him. There was a brief, awkward tangle of limbs, and then he was chest-to-chest with Daddy, knees to either side, and breathing in the spicy-sweet fragrance at the base of his neck.

He wanted to memorize that smell. To take the soft feel of cotton on his cheek and the downy brush of Saul’s curls against his forehead and just breathe them into his lungs to keep forever.

“Good boy. Such a good boy.” Daddy murmured. He ran long paths down Levi’s back, calming and caressing him. “Such a good boy.”

By the time he floated down, his pants had that clammy-sticky feeling that was only going to get worse as the cum dried. He should probably take off his underwear and clean up. He didn’t want to move though.

Unless he could get Daddy to remove his underwear for him.

He rocked against him hopefully, and was surprised for a moment when he didn’t feel an answering bulge in Saul’s jeans. Kind of a soft mound, but not an erection. His muzzy head supplied the fact that Daddy didn’t have a biological dick, or maybe he did but it was different or… whatever. That was something he could figure out later.

The point was that it wasn’t a sign of disinterest, just the way Saul’s body was.

He rocked against him again.

“You’re a needy little thing, aren’t you?”

He loved how Saul called him little, even though he clearly towered over the other man. He knew that his own body issues had nothing on Saul’s, but he always thought of himself as much smaller than he actually was.

He lifted his head to look down at Saul. Between sitting on his lap and Levi’s longer torso, it was impossible not to. But when he tilted his head to the side, he felt more the right size. “Yep. Very needy. I’ve been waiting for this for sooooo long.”

Saul looked him over seriously, like he was trying to figure him out. He looked a little wary, too.

Whatever Saul was thinking, he didn’t want to hear it. This was supposed to be lovey Daddy. Or adoring Daddy. At least not worried Daddy.

Saul sighed.

Oh. That was a very bad sign. Levi was too pushy and flirty when he should have just let things go. This was what always happened eventually. Some nice Daddy would pick him up for an evening or a week or a month, and then drop him when he got to be too much.

And now he’d made a fool of himself in front of his boss, begging for spankings and coming in his lap.

He’d forgotten for a minute that this wasn’t real. That this wasn’t Daddy swooping him up into a perfect romance, but an ill-advised office flirtation.

He tried to scramble away, but Saul dragged him back in, one hand hard at the back of his neck and the other on his shoulder. “Settle,” he commanded.

Levi tried to, but every muscle in his body screamed for him to run away. To hide in some corner and never show his face again. Which was going to make coming into work on Monday really shitty.

Saul ran another hand down his back. But now it felt jarring instead of soothing. He didn’t want Saul’s pity. He’d gotten that from more than enough Daddies.
