His hand slid to my hip, holding me a little tighter. “That’s because you are. Best thing that ever happened to me the day you and your boy drove onto club land, brazen as could be.”

I smiled at the memory, tracing the ink on his chest. “You’re stuck with me now. No take-backs.”

Glacier chuckled and caught my hand, pressing a kiss to my palm. “That sounds like a perfect plan to me, darlin’. I don’t do take-backs. You’re a King now. Fully claimed, or you will be as soon as I have my ring on your finger.”

I tilted my head back against his shoulder and gave him a cheeky grin. “Good. Wouldn’t want to have to chase you down.”

He roared with laughter. “Fucking love you, Julianna ‘Juju’ Fraser soon to be McKee.”

“Is that right?” I raised an eyebrow. “Don’t recall you asking.”

“That’s because I haven’t.” He smirked. “But I will. Soon.”

“Hmm,” I hummed, pressing a kiss to his chest. “Okay, then. I might say yes.”

His chest shook under my cheek as he laughed softly. I loved hearing him happy. I didn’t think my man had experienced many happy moments. I’d have to see if I could change that.

That night, I got my first full night of sleep since I’d left. Life was changing, but I was glad I was now a Kings of Anarchy Ol’ lady.

Because Fin was right when he said nobody fucked with the Kings—and Glacier made damn sure I knew that went for their Ol’ ladies too.

CHAPTER 17

GLACIER

The brothers were loud as they filed into Church. I rolled my eyes at the shit-talking and general fucking around. I’d called a full Church today, not just Officers.

Once everyone was seated, I nodded to the Prospect by the door, who pulled it shut. He would stand guard on the outside until the end of the meeting.

“Church is in session. Shut the fuck up.” I slammed the gavel down on the table, cutting through the noise with a resounding crack. “All phones better be outside or I’ll fine your asses.”

It was my usual reminder. The Prospect on duty should’ve already collected them, but it didn’t hurt to reinforce it.

When the room finally settled, I looked to our tech man, Zero, and raised an eyebrow.

“We’re good to go, Pres,” he said. “Didn’t find anything.”

“Okay.” I leaned back slightly, letting my gaze sweep the table. “Let’s get down to business. Midnight, what’s going on with the legal side of things?”

Midnight turned to the screen set up at the end of the table, which was filled with spreadsheets. “Businesses are looking good, Pres.”

He continued with a rundown of each business. Along with the ranch, we owned a garage and tow service, a tattoo shop, the diner, the roadhouse, and now the hardware store. The feed store would stay under the Fraser family. So far, everything was turning a profit.

“I’ll update the ranch earnings once we get the medicinal weed planted, but that won’t happen until next year, after winter. These are the projections, though.”

Midnight pointed to the next slide, and a few of the brothers let out low whistles when they saw their cut from the legal side.

Solid earnings.

“Now for the fights and guns,” Midnight continued, tipping his chin at Zero, who switched the slide.

While we still earned more from the illegal side, even I could see that the legal side was catching up fast. And it wasn’t nearly as risky. We were outlaws, though, and I knew the brothers—they’d find a way to get into trouble even if we didn’t do illegal shit. At least this way, I could minimise the damage.

“We’ve got another fight booked for mid-December, weather permitting. It’ll be the last one until January,” Midnight concluded.

“Thanks, brother. Businesses are looking good. Any questions?” I glanced around the table, seeing headshakes all around. “Good. Now, as you know, Juju’s moved here—”

I was cut off by whistles and cheers—exactly the kind of shit I’d expected. My lips twitched, and I shook my head at them, letting it play out. Juju was the first Ol’ lady we’d had since Shoes and Harris.
