Operator: Can you tell me what happened?

Caller: I woke up and everyone was yelling. Someone shouted “What was that?” and someone else said “Did you hear it?” I thought they meant the ghost and told them to be quiet.

Operator: You said there’s blood. Who’s injured?

Caller: It must be… it’s one of them who were sleeping on the stage.

Operator: Sleeping onstage? What happened?

Caller: People are saying they heard a bang and everyone woke up. The lights came on and someone screamed “blood!” I don’t know what happened. I can’t see from here.

Operator: Go to the injured person and tell me what their injuries are, please.

Caller: I’ll try. Can I get by? Do you know what’s happened? Excuse me. Who is it, do you know?

Operator: An ambulance is on their way to you.

Caller: Good. I’m nearly there. [Inaudible sounds] Oh my goodness, the poor girl is covered in blood. [Inaudible sounds] How is she injured?

Operator: Is someone treating her?

Caller: I’m trying. Excuse me… do you know what happened? Who is that with her? [Inaudible sounds] Issy?

Operator: Let me know the injuries and I can help.

Caller: Issy, the 999 man wants to help.

Unknown: I know what to do. I’m a nurse.

Caller: How did it happen?

Unknown: I don’t know.

Caller: The lady with her is a nurse.

Operator: Can you give the phone to her, please?

Caller: I don’t want to.

Operator: I need to speak with her.

Caller: Can I just put it on speaker? It’s an iPhone 16.

Operator: An iPhone 16?

Caller: Yes, brand new and she’s got blood all over her hands.
