Unless otherwise stated, activities will take place in the main hall.

We must vacate the hall at 8 a.m. when the church ladies arrive to set up the tea counter for after morning service. We owe a great debt of thanks to the Reverend Joshua Harries who has given his permission to use the hall. Who knows, he may even drop by for a game of chess and a sausage!

Any questions, just let me know, otherwise I look forward to seeing you all at 6 p.m. tomorrow for a night of line-learning and fun.

At the cash and carry buying budget dipping chocolate, two catering trays of mash, and God knows how many sausages. Just got the email.

I’m not “manning” the chocolate fountain. Or “policing” the dips for that matter.

2:15 p.m. Kevin wrote:

By then I’ll have held an hour of rehearsals and served the midnight feast but ok, I’ll manage the chocolate fountain too.

2:20 p.m. Sarah-Jane wrote:

That’s not what I mean. I’ll be “operating” the chocolate fountain and “monitoring” the dips.

Myra? Yes, our toddler will be exchanging antibodies with Kahleesi and Arya.
