We should keep our communications course-related and fully visible on Doodle – stop messaging on WhatsApp unless it’s absolutely necessary.

Suzie

Jem is in the studio so early. I need to work on our plans before everyone gets in. Can you tell her to arrive at the usual time, Gela?

Gela

It takes her longer to do certain things, so she compensates by arriving early. The course is fully accessible and if she wants extra time, then I’m not going to stop her taking it.

Gela

The best I can do is mention it to Hannah next week, see if there’s a health-and-safety reason we can use to keep her out of the studio before nine-thirty.

Suzie

Patrick calls women ‘dear’. He actually asked me to make him a cup of tea today.

Ludya

When you told him to make it himself, he waited till you’d gone and asked me!

Gela

The girls in his shop adore him. I don’t think he’s ever had to operate a kettle in his life.

Suzie

Cameron is trying to recruit me for his company. Like a professional artist would ever give that up, to be a corporate slave.

Gela

Remember this course is real for them. They’re all looking to develop something in themselves. It would help if you all give that impression too.

Ludya

I’m rocking the student life. Especially the discount card. But when do we get to Thorney Coffin?

Gela

There’s two more assignments before we get anywhere near RD8. I’ve got a Zoom meeting this week with Mae to discuss the collaboration.

Gela
