And so was Leela.

“Make the first move, damiji,” Rajesh whispered, the water lapping at the bottom of her breasts. “Give in to me.”

Leela knew she couldn’t hold on any longer. Her impulses were too strong, her wounds of heartache still healing. And she needed him to tear them wide open.

She wrapped her arms around his neck, pressing her body against his. She felt him. All of him against her, and suddenly it was all she needed.

“I’m alone too,” Leela whispered back.

That was all Rajesh needed to sweep her up in his arms and pull her against his chest. With one hand supporting her back and the other on the edge of the pool, he closed the distance and tasted her.

She twisted her fingers through his hair, the smooth ends curling around her arched fingers, and tugged hard enough to elicit a small moan. Their kisses were messy, lips bashing against one another. They hadn’t tasted the other in so long—and it was as if they had been dying of thirst.

Flames, it felt so good to have him pressed against her. His muscles. His lips. His touch.

Leela wanted him. Wanted to make him yearn.

She moved her hands from his hair over his broad shoulders and down his chest. She felt every part of him until she reached under the water, pausing as she felt his member harden against her fingers.

Oh fuck.

She pulled back and looked down.

She had forgotten what it was like to have him inside her and she remembered the feeling. All of it, hitting her spots that made her scream his name.

All the worry about the Viperess coming out diminished, and she knew she was alone with Rajesh.

It was just them.

Only them underneath the setting sun in the bathing chambers.

Only them, after years of loneliness, now spurred on by the tension that had been building and building over the past few days. All these years, she had dreamed of his lips against hers and what he tasted like. Oddly enough, he tasted like sweat and water, but it was a taste she could get lost in for hours. At least, until all he tasted like was her.

She wrapped her hand around his shaft, and Rajesh bucked, leaning on her shoulder.

“Fuck,” he groaned, gritting his teeth with a hiss. “Go easy on me, damiji. It’s been a while with you. I don’t want to rush this if it could be our last time.”

“Then let’s make it count.”

Glee swirled in his eyes, and Leela knew her walls had crumbled. She was too far gone. Too deeply in love with the man she was meant to spend the rest of her life with, and also meant to kill.

She searched his gaze until her hand wrapped around him, fingertips molding with his quivering member. A gentle groan was emitted from his lips as he pressed himself into her and the edge of the pool. His shoulders tensed, fingers clenching to hold himself steady. Leela felt his breath against her neck, and she tipped her head back to revel in the sensation.

“Fuck, Leela, I forgot how good you felt.” Rajesh moved up and cupped her chin, his thumb against her cheek sending trails of heat sparking down to her toes.

Flames. Her skin ignited, her chest aching and fingers tightening against his scalp to keep herself steady. She wanted to taste him better, to taste all of him and trace his every curve and edge. She wanted him bucking and yearning, pleading and begging, and for him to give her everything. Because she was willing to give him everything, every piece of her, every dark impulse and desire.

“Kiss me,” she whispered.

“S—sorry?” he said, breathless.

“Kiss. Me. While you fuck me.”

Rajesh didn’t need to be told twice, he smashed his lips against hers, tugging at her bottom lip with his teeth.

Leela crashed into the edge of the pool, sliding against the marble until Rajesh steadied her with his hips. She wrapped her legs around him, pulling him closer, and he did too.

He tasted like salt from the sand, merged with the water and sweat from before, and he was all hers. Every inch of him was pressed against her, and she knew this was where she was meant to be—tucked against his chest and lost in the bliss of him.
