Pretti couldn't control herself as her climax was building. She couldn't take it and wanted to moan, so she pulled his hand from between her legs.
“I’m going to the bathroom.” She stood up and put on her coat.
“I got that pussy ready. We’re leaving when you come out.” Lunden gently smacked her on the ass as she walked off.
She wove through the crowd and made it to the bathroom. She found an empty stall and walked inside.
When she pulled down her silk thong, she shook her head. Lunden and the liquor had her creaming in her panties. She grabbed a toilet cover and sat down.
As she wiped her panties with a wet wipe from her handbag, she heard a bunch of girls walk into the bathroom.
“Bitch, you said he was here with who?” one of the girls asked as she laughed. Pretti smelled weed and knew they were smoking and about to gossip. She was curious about what they were talking about because she was drunk and being nosy, so she sat on the toilet listening.
“Who is she anyway? I’ve never seen her around the hood,” she heard a girl say.
“Some bitch that owns a barbershop. I guess he’s moving on with her and saying fuck me,” she heard the girl sniffle and shake her head. She immediately knew they were talking about her and Lunden.
“Well, fuck him, bitch. We all know how he is, and he will be running back to you soon. She letting that nigga finger that fishy pussy in the club like nobody can see them. She’s the dumb bitch, nasty ass. Let's go dance, fuck that nigga and her. He said y’all done, y’all done.” Pretti heard one of the girls say. Then the door opened, and the bathroom went silent.
Oh my God, people saw us, and this nigga has a girlfriend? she thought.
She shook her head and walked out of the stall, feeling embarrassed. After she washed her hands and walked out, she ran right into Storm.
“Damn, baby love, you looking fly as hell. I like that fur!” Storm said loudly as she hugged Pretti.
“Thank you. That one-piece is banging on you too. Where you been? I’ve been stuck on Lunden’s lap all night. He’s being hella overbearing too, tryna fuck me,” she admitted and leaned against the wall. She decided to skip over what she heard in the bathroom and address Lunden about it.
“I bet he is the way you’re looking. We had to stand in line. I’ve been calling Lunden, and he ain’t been answering to get us in.”
“Well, he thinks he’s about to fuck, so we finna leave. I can walk you over there; there’s still a bunch of liquor left,” Pretti said as they walked through the crowd.
Storm found the rest of her crew, and they all barged into Lunden and his friends’ section. He knew that was his cue to leave because the hoe antics were about to start.
After he said his goodbyes, they left the club.
The car ride was silent. Lunden had powered down a little, and so did Pretti. She was tired of hearing the sound of his engine roaring as he raced down the highway, so she turned on some R&B. Lunden occasionally reached over and grabbed her thigh or gazed at her. She knew what he wanted and was wondering if she really wanted to give it to him.
As the weeks went by, she fell for him, but what he always said never sat well with her spirit. Even when he apologized. Lunden was her first boyfriend, so she didn’t know what a relationship was like, but she went with his flow. One thing she did know: she fantasized about him fucking her and being her first.
She remembered when she wanted Dexten to be her first, but she knew that wasn’t happening. He was her friend, and he already made it clear he didn’t want her prized possession. She sighed as she looked over at Lunden as he parallel parked in front of her apartment.
“You want me to come up, or are you good from here?” He gazed at her. Any other time, he would be on her heels, walking her to her door and spending the night. But tonight, he was asking, and she knew why.
“You can come up, but let me ask you something… who did you just break up with at the club while I was in the bathroom?” She stared daggers into him. The girl’s conversation was still fresh in her mind from the bathroom.
He sighed. “How did you know?”
“They came into the bathroom talking about it, and I was in a stall listening. They must have been watching us all night because they knew you had your hands between my legs. If you are going to be sleeping around on me, I’m not fucking with you, Lunden. She said it was over, but you always come back. Tell me now that you are done with your ex-bitch, or I’m going upstairs alone. I take a lot of your shit when it comes to your mouth, but I’m not going to put up with cheating if you think you’re about to take my virginity.”
Her heart was racing as she spoke to him. She couldn't lie; she was afraid of Lunden’s actions. He had been aggressive with her a few times in arguments, so she didn't want him to reach over and slap her for raising her voice.
“She’s my ex, a’ight. She just had an abortion because I told her I was willing to give up everything I had with her to be with you. I love you, Pretti, and I don’t know how that shit happened, but it did. One minute, I was in a relationship with somebody people thought was my ride-or-die. Then you came out here, and I’m with you. This is big that I left a five-year relationship to be with you. One day, I’ma marry you, and you gonna have my babies because I don’t just want a baby momma.
We gonna ball out together like we been doing, and I’m going to treat you way better than I have. I promise I won't ever disrespect you again. I’m going to protect you with my life. I promise I’ll never have you out here looking crazy. You are my lady.” He had a tight grip on her hand as he gazed into her eyes. She wanted to cry, but she held back because she had more questions.
“Why would you do that for me, Lunden? That was your child.” Her words trembled.
“I just told you why. I love you, and I didn’t know if the kid was mine. She cheated on me a few times. That’s why I started fucking with you exclusively.”
