Before I could even reach for his, he’d blazed through the buttons and dropped his shirt in a heap on the floor with mine. Pushing me back into the bedroom, he didn’t stop kissing me until I ran into the bed. I’d barely registered it was there before he shoved me hard enough that I fell backward onto the mattress.
