As he pushed me towards the hallway, I felt a little bit of guilt at having sneaked Zak into the house, but it had been worth it, even for just fifteen minutes.
As we reached the landing, I turned and kissed his cheek. “Night, Dad,” I whispered, not wanting to wake Maya.
“Night, sweetheart.” He padded towards his room, and I noticed that he paused for a split second outside the door where his girlfriend was sleeping. He gave his head a quick shake and then moved past.
It seemed that both the Newman’s had it bad, and I didn’t know who I was more excited for—me or Dad.

Had a lovely night with Will and Maddy. She’s such a sweet girl and they clearly adore each other. I think it went okay. I think she likes me. I hope so because I’d really like to keep seeing him but if Maddy says she hates me I don’t think it would be an option. After she went to bed we had a great chat and kiss. 1215: I can’t sleep. I keep thinking about Will in the room next door. I’m feeling so horny but I’m trying to be good. Plus, Maddy is in the house, so it doesn’t feel right. Although, I think she’s just sneaked her boyfriend in. I was about to go to the bathroom and heard them whispering.
