Page 5 of His Cabin

“Lena,” he murmurs, his voice low and rough as he hooks his fingers into the waistband of my panties and pulls them down, leaving me bare to him. His eyes darken even more as he takes me in, his hands gripping my hips as he leans in, his mouth hovering just above where I need him most.

I can’t breathe, can’t think, can’t do anything but feel as he lowers his head and takes me against his mouth, his tongue moving in slow, deliberate strokes that send waves of pleasure crashing over me. I cry out, my hands tangling in his hair as he takes me higher and higher, his touch both gentle and relentless.

He’s driving me insane, pushing me closer and closer to the edge, until I’m trembling with the need to let go and lose myself in him. And then he’s there, pushing me over with one last, deep flick of his tongue, and I’m falling, the pleasure so intense it’s almost too much to bear.

“Cade!” I cry out, my body arching off the bed as I come apart in his arms, the pleasure crashing over me in waves, each one stronger than the last. He holds me through it, his hands on my hips, his mouth still on me, drawing out every last shudder, every last moan, until I’m spent, trembling in his arms.

He kisses his way back up my body, his hands sliding over my skin, pulling me close as he settles back down beside me. My breath is still coming in short, ragged gasps, and I can feel the tremors still running through me, the aftershocks of the pleasure he just gave me.

But as the last shudder fades, reality starts to creep back in, and I can’t help but feel a pang of uncertainty. This is more than just physical—there’s something deeper between us.

I turn to him, my heart pounding as I look into his eyes, searching for something, anything that will tell me what he’s thinking.

He pulls me close, pressing a kiss to my forehead. “You’re amazing,” he murmurs, his voice rough with emotion. Cade shifts, pulling me into his arms so that I’m resting against his chest, my head tucked under his chin. “Lena,” he says softly, his hand stroking my hair, “I am so happy you are out here.”

I look up at him, my heart pounding as I wait for him to continue.

He takes a deep breath, his eyes holding mine. “I’ve been lonely too.” He looks at me, his eyes softening, and for the first time since we met, I see a hint of vulnerability there, a crack in the armor he’s built around himself.

My heart swells with emotion, and I lean in, pressing a soft kiss to his lips. “Not so lonely tonight,” I whisper against his mouth.

He kisses me back, slow and tender, and in that moment, I feel that this is more than just a fling, more than just a moment of passion. This could be real. Something worth holding onto.

The storm outside has quieted, but the power is still out, leaving the cabin bathed in the soft glow of the fire. It’s cozy, intimate, and despite everything, I feel safe here, in Cade’s arms, in his cabin.

He looks at me, his expression serious. “I’m glad the storm came in, Lena,” he says, his voice firm. “From the moment I saw you, I wanted you. I still want you.”

My breath catches at his words, my heart pounding. “I want you too,” I admit, my voice trembling with the intensity of the emotions swirling inside me.

He reaches out, cupping my face in his hands, his thumb brushing over my cheek. “This isn’t just physical for me,” he murmurs, his gaze locked on mine. “I don’t want to just keep you warm, Lena. I want to keep you.”

“We just met,” I say. “I don’t even know what you want in life, who you are. We’re practically strangers.”

“Strangers, sure, but I feel like I’ve known you. I feel like you were supposed to be out here. Same as me. Like we were supposed to meet.” The raw honesty in his voice, the way he’s looking at me, like I’m the most important thing in his world, takes my breath away. And I know, in that moment, that I feel the same. This isn’t just about desire, about need. This is something deeper, something real.

Before I can respond, the lights flicker. I gasp, startled, and Cade’s arms tighten around me, pulling me close.

“It’s okay,” he murmurs, his voice soothing. “I’ve got you.”

I cling to him, my heart racing as the storm rages outside, I’ve never felt safer. Because I know Cade is here, and he’s not going to let anything happen to me.

And as we lay there, wrapped in each other’s arms, I realize that this isn’t just about surviving the storm. This is about something much bigger, something that could change both of our lives forever. I look into his eyes. “I need more of you. Now.”

CADE

Her eyes are wide, that spark of innocence still there, but her lips... her lips are swollen, her breath coming fast as she gazes up at me. She is everything I crave, those soft curves, that flushed skin.

“Are you sure? We don’t need to rush,” I say.

But she shakes her head. “You pleased me, can’t I please you, too?”

The way she’s looking at me, the way she’s trembling beneath my touch, drives every rational thought out of my head.

She’s down on her knees now, pulling at my belt, her hands trembling slightly as she unbuckles it. I watch her, mesmerized by the way her fingers move, the way her cheeks flush deeperwhen she frees me from my jeans. I’m hard for her, and she knows it. She looks up at me with those wide eyes, her tongue darting out to wet her lips, and I’m a goner.

“Lena...” I groan, my voice tight, but she doesn’t stop.

Her mouth wraps around me, and I nearly lose it right there. She’s warm and soft, and she takes me deeper, her tongue working its magic as I grip her hair, guiding her gently.Fuck, she feels so good. I can feel the tension building, the pleasure coiling tighter in my gut as she moves faster, her mouth working me with a desperate need that matches my own.
