“It wasn’t bad, but I did find some holes in it that are now sealed, making it iron-clad.”

“May we see a copy of the new version?” Trevor asked, all joking put aside.
This deal was a new embarkment for their company, and it was important that Steele Industries was protected.
“But of course.” She opened her attaché and handed them crisp sheets of paper.
Shane gripped the sheets and quickly ran his gaze over them, having already seen the original. She sat quietly, allowing them to read through the contract. He instantly picked up the updates and was immediately impressed.
He glanced up and met her steady eyes as she waited for comments.
“It’s fair and doesn’t leave any room for them to wiggle out of the deal,” he noted. He sat the papers down on his desk, not needing to read any more of the file.
“I have to agree,” Trevor said, still shuffling through them.
“I’m glad you are pleased with my work.”
Avarie crossed her legs, and Shane couldn’t help taking in her exposed leg. Memories of those legs wrapped around his waist came to mind. His cock painfully pushed against his pants, and he shifted in his seat.
“You will be at the meeting leading our legal group?” Shane cleared his throat, trying to push the memories of their night together from his head. The meeting was between the two companies to seal their future partnership, and he wanted her there.

Her grin grew across her face as she glanced at both Trevor and him.
