His hips pistoned into me, thrusting into me with all the force he could muster. I moaned at the impact. The jeers from the vampires around us made me nervous, but I focused on James and only him.

“I’m sorry, sweetheart,” he said. “Your pussy is clenching a lot, needing a lot more than I could give. I’m so fucking sorry.”

“Don’t be sorry,” I breathed against him as he pounded into me. “You’re helping with the pain.”

But I knew as soon as he pulled out of me, the pain would come back threefold, and I was terrified.

“I’m going to drink some of your blood now,” he said. “Focus on my bite. Focus on the pleasure I’m about to give you.”

He brought his lips to my neck, and I leaned my head to the left, closing my eyes so I didn’t make eye contact with any of the hellions around us. He stopped thrusting momentarily, and then I felt the burn of his fangs puncture my skin. I cried out as he licked my skin, relieving the pain with his saliva.

My heated center clenched and released more slick as he started sucking on my blood. The coldness of his lips against my skin felt amazing, and I was getting so aroused to the point of climaxing just from him feeding on me.

He quickly pulled away, and I opened my eyes to see him licking his bloodstained lips.

“Why did you stop?” I asked.

“I don’t want to lose control,” he said gruffly, thrusting into me a couple more times. “Fuck, I’m going to come.”

After a few more seconds, he pumped one last time into me despite me clinging onto his shoulders for dear life. When he pulled out, my pussy walls tightened again in furious pain. I started crying from the pain, and he looked panicked. He lifted me in his arms, carrying me off the bed.

“Where are you taking her?” demanded one of the vampires, punching him on the arm playfully.

“She’s thirsty and needs a break,” said James, breaking out of the circle of vampires.

“What’s going on?” asked Volgriff, coming towards us. I noticed his hard-on right away, and I swallowed, remembering what he said about taking me next. My heart started beating faster. There was no way I would make it out of this alive. Either I’ll die from my heat or at the hands of the vampires.

“She needs water,” said James.

“Okay, I’ll get some for her. No need to walk away,” said Volgriff jogging towards the house.

I watched James’s eyes flick back and forth. Then before I knew it, he began sprinting at top speed away from the vampires. As he ran, I wrapped my arms around him, clinging tightly for dear life. His comrades started running after us.

“I will get you to safety,” breathed James under his breath as he continued running. I looked back, seeing that we were far ahead of the vampires.

James was fast, and he was determined.

My pain had come back in full force, crippling me again as I lay in his arms. It was horrible, and I couldn’t concentrate on anything around me as I focused on the center of my pain. Right in my belly- clenching and releasing.

I opened my eyes to see that we were back in the complex cave that I had gone through.

“Where are the vampires?” I asked, through my pain.

“They’re scared to come here,” he muttered as he made his way to the other side. The opening to my side of the world. “Where can I take you for help? Even though I hate this, is there an alpha you trust?”

The pain spiraling through my belly caused me to cry out. I couldn’t think straight. But there was only one alpha that I knew who could help me.

“The heat clinic. Take me there,” I gasped as another sharp pain ripped through me.

Then all I saw was black.

James

She was unconscious in my arms.

Panic rolled through my body as I ran across the beach and to the roads. My feet were burning from the hot ground without shoes, and people stared at me like a spectacle as I zoomed past them. I knew I looked like a wild man compared to what they were used to. Everyone was fully clothed in her world, and I was careful not to make eye contact with anyone.

I ran past street vendors, stores and fruit stalls. I half-expected to see omega auctions, but I didn’t see a single one. That must have been outlawed now. No one was close enough to see what I was as I sped past them, looking for anything that looked like a clinic. I never learned how to read, especially when vampires were discriminated against and not allowed to go to school with werewolf children.
