I yanked at his belt. Vincent caught my wrist.

“Leaving me sexually frustrated is guaranteed to ruin my focus,” I pointed out.

He chuckled and pressed a kiss to my temple.

“I gave you one orgasm, didn’t I?”

“But I want another,” I said like a petulant child.

Vincent leaned in and kissed me, softly at first, before he pressed my mouth open with his tongue. I melted against him, grabbing his hips and pulling him to stand between my thighs.

“Schedule an appointment with a counselor,” he murmured. “Tomorrow. You can do that for me, right?”

I sighed and nodded reluctantly.

“Fine. Although I don’t see how it will help. As soon as the counselor figures out that we’re fucking, they’re going to tell me I’m screwed up. I already know that.”

“Giselle,” Vincent said with that firm teacher voice.

I could drown under the intensity of those dark eyes, watching me. Maybe it was yet another sign that I was a needy mess, but I liked having his attention all to myself. I didn’t have to share him with the class when we were alone.

I placed my hand on his heart, fingertips following the line of his collarbone.

“Yes, Professor?” I replied, feigning an innocent tone.

He kissed the corner of my mouth—light and teasing. Then he nuzzled at my cheek, his breath fanning the curve of my neck.

“Be a good girl for me, and I’ll give you everything you want.”

My mouth went dry. That was one hell of a promise. And the rough, gravelly tone of his voice was a far cry from the teacher I’d come to know. I couldn’t wait to discover more to this side of Vincent.

“Everything?” I asked, gazing at him through my lashes.

Before he could reply, I ghosted my fingers over his cock and cupped him through his pants. His breath hitched with a deep, rumbling groan. He rolled his hips into my touch and rested his forehead against mine.

“Everything.”

I grinned and wrapped my arms around Vincent’s neck, pulling him close until we were flush together, skin to skin. I still had a lot of work ahead of me, but I felt like I could conquer the world as long as this man was on my side.

Chapter 8

Vincent

Now that Elle had changed her major, she had a lot of ground to make up if she wanted to get a decent grade on her midterms. I wished I could visit her. I wished I could simply stop by and deliver some coffee and snacks to keep her going. But there was no reason for a professor to be in the dorms.

Besides, any time we were together on campus outside of class was risky. We could be seen. Rumors could start circulating. Elle didn’t need any more scrutiny than what she already endured from her family.

Despite Elle’s decision to study English, we both agreed it was better that she didn’t attend my class. Neither one of us needed the distraction. It would have been the perfect excuse to see her, even if I couldn’t touch her, taste her, kiss her.

Only one week had passed since I’d had a naked Elle on my kitchen table, eating her out. And I was going stir crazy. I needed her again so badly that my bones ached with it.

While I was in my office one day, my phone buzzed with a text. I glanced at the screen to see Elle’s name. We’d swapped phone numbers that night when she showed up on my doorstep. Even though we couldn’t see each other in-person as often as we’d like, we could text and call as much as we wanted. Although I had to continually remind Elle that it had to be within reason.

No skimping on your studies for dirty talk with your professor.

You ruin all my fun, she shot back with a smile in her voice.

I opened the text from Elle and my heart rate skyrocketed.
