My mouth dropped open as I gave him a swat on the shoulder. “Very inappropriate. I am not pussy on tap!”

He frowned and gave me a little bow, “My apologies.”

I doubted he was sorry.

Violet

This was insanity. True and utter insanity. Standing at the sidelines of the stage, I’d never seen a crowd so rabid for more. Hypnotic had always been one of the most popular bands in the world, but this was an entirely different level.

The number of fans outside the gates of the stadium was insane, despite the fact that all they’d get to see was the limo with us in it driving past. Paparazzi was out in full force, all hoping to get recent pictures of the guys, and, I suspected, me as well.

They were on encore number three currently. I could see all five of the guys were all worn out, yet invigorated at the same time.

The song ended and I expected the group to say their final goodnights and file backstage, but they didn’t. Dylan and Zack stepped forward with mics in hands. My brow furrowed, what in the hell were they up to? I knew the routine for the night perfectly; they’d run through it a couple times before the actual concert. Them having an additional chat wasn’t something they’d discussed with me.

“There’s someone special we’d like you all to meet in person. Someone who works hard for us every day, enhancing our lives in each and every day,” Zack said to a roar of cheers from fans.

You’ve gotta be fucking kidding me.

“This woman has been in the media a lot lately—with us. There’s been a lot of back-and-forth and speculation about the nature of our relationship, but we want to tell you all first that the rumors have been right.” Dylan continued, “Violet Hudson, our manager is also the love of not only my life, but of Zack’s. As well, she’s the mother of our babies, Lily Kane and Iris Wyatt.” He looked over to the side of the stage where I was standing and waved for me. “Please come out and meet everyone, baby.”

I was going to die. Correction: Surely, I’d already died and I was in hell right now. There was no way I was going out there. Shaking my head, I mouthed, “NO.”

“Come on out to meet everyone or I’ll come get you,” Zack threatened. The crowd roared their approval of that plan.

To hell he would! I spun to flee but collided with the chest of one of the security guys. “Sorry ma’am. We’re under orders to make you go onstage one way or another.”

I looked from the bodyguard to the other two who had moved in, taking up both of my sides. There was no escape, aside from going onstage. Panic flooded my senses. “I can’t,” I whispered, pleading with the bodyguard to move out of my way so I could make a run for the limo.

“I’m sorry ma’am. I will put you over my shoulder and carry you if I need to.”

Fuck! I turned back to where Zack and Dylan were standing and shook my head in disbelief; they knew how much I hated the limelight. I was going to kill them when we got home. If they thought they were going to get laid anytime in the near future, they had another thing coming.

“Fine,” I growled, flipping my hair over my shoulder and doing my best to look as calm and confident as possible as I made my way onstage. As the crowd caught sight of me, they began to roar and applaud with a vengeance.

Once I reached halfway to the guys, Dylan walked to greet me, taking my hand and leading me to center stage. “It’ll be all right,” he whispered.

“I’m going to kill you two,” I whispered back, with a growl in my voice, my teeth clenched.

He didn’t seem too disturbed by my threat.

Zack brought the mic back to his mouth once I was situated between them and began to speak. Taking my free hand, Zack brought it to his mouth and kissed the back. “Baby, Dylan and I have something we want to say to you and to everyone out there watching.”

Oh fuck, this was televised! It was going to be aired as a special once the new tour of twenty-five cities ended. My face burned even hotter from my embarrassment.

The guys looked at each other, grinned. As if they had some sort of mental connection, they nodded and dropped to one knee in front of me.

I shook my head, both shocked and mortified. There was no way they were going to do what I was thinking they were going to do.

Dylan started, giving my hand a squeeze. “Violet Hudson. You’re the mother of my child and I don’t think I could ever love anyone more then I love you.”

Zack cut in, retaking my hand and pressing his lips to the back. “Baby, I’ve never experienced love for anyone like I have for you. Each day I love you more than I did the day before. I could never imagine being with anyone else.”

Warmth flowed though me, my heart bursting open and accepting the love I had for them. I glanced up from the stage before me to see that the crowd had begun to lift their phones in the air, their lights on, and waving them.

It was Dylan’s turn. “I know we can’t both marry you so I’d like for this to be a statement to the world. We’re both madly in love with you and as far as we’re both concerned you are our wife for all intents and purposes.”
