Prologue

Marc’s hands gripped both of my breasts, squeezing them tightly. His tongue swirled around my nipples, making me arch my back with pleasure as I rode him. I never thought in a million years I’d actually get a chance with him. No one ever knew, but I always fantasized about him pleasuring me.

“You’re so perfect,” he said, gripping my hips while I rode. “Perfect in every way.”

His sweet little nothings meant the world to me every time we had sex. His voice was so sexy, so firm and deep, it made me ooze with goodness every time he spoke to me. If we got caught doing what we did behind closed doors, we both knew we’d be in for a world of trouble. But we didn’t care. All we cared about was making love to each other so good, neither of us had eyes for anyone else.

“You feel so good,” I moaned. “Better than any man I’ve ever had.”

“And you feel better than any woman I’ve ever been with,” he said. “Your warmth and wetness squeezing me makes me never want to let you go.”

All it ever took for me to climax was for Marc to place his hands on my lower back and pull me close to him. My guilty pleasure was so dark and terrorizing, but I couldn’t give it up. Even if it meant ruining a relationship I’d known most of my life.

Our rendezvous went on while my dad and a slew of people were in the next room enjoying his company party. No one knew we snuck away to have sex in an unoccupied storage closet. I’m sure Kyle, Marc’s son, suspected something. But even he was too preoccupied with what was going on inside the party.

Instead of ending our fuck fest after I came all over his throbbing shaft, Marc lifted me in his arms and fucked me against the wall. He pounded me so hard I thought we’d fall through the wall, and everyone would see us on the floor naked, but he slowed his pace when he remembered where we were.

“You drive me so fucking crazy,” he moaned. “I could do you like this all night.”

“I know baby,” I moaned. “Me too.”

I felt him reaching his pique and started to nibble on his earlobe. He loved that. Just as he started to ooze his own goodness, I wrapped my arms tightly around his neck and accepted every ounce of it he gave me. It was so warm inside me, like a cup of joe on a cold day. I wanted more of him, but we’d already pushed our luck long enough. We had to rejoin the party before my father came looking for us.

“You go out first,” he said. “I’ll come out shortly after. I’ll say I was on a phone call that couldn’t wait or something.”

“Are you sure that’ll work? What if someone heard us? We were pretty loud in here.”

“Hey,” he pulled me in for one last kiss. “Just act natural. No one heard us.”

I did as Marc suggested. Feeling good, like I got away with murder another time. Then suddenly, my heart skipped a beat. Kyle was waiting at the bottom of the stairs with a sinister grin on his face that was wicked enough to make anyone fear him. I had no idea what he wanted or what he was doing there, but I prayed Marc didn’t leave the closet any time soon.

“Hey Kyle,” I said. “Are you lost?”

“I was just looking for the bathroom,” he said. “Someone’s in the one downstairs, so I came up. I found an empty one already, so I’m good.”

Chapter One - Felicia

“Dad.”

I sob into the phone when my father answers. I already know he’ll say I told you so. That’s part of the reason I haven’t told him much about what’s been going on in my relationship. He’s made it clear from the very beginning that he hates Sean.

“What is it, honey? What’s going on?”

“I can’t do this anymore,” I cry. “I’m so stressed. I’ve been trying to stick it out without asking for your help every time I need it, but I’m over it. I’m over Sean and his cheating. He’s not been working, and all the bills are falling on me. On top of that, I just caught him in our bed with another woman.”

“What?”

My father never raises his voice so when he does, I know that means he’s pissed. He probably wants to fly over right now and give Sean a piece of his mind. Maybe even smack him around some.

“I’ve been telling you from day one that guy is no good for you. He’s only out for a fun time and nothing more. I saw right through him the minute you said you were moving to California. He wanted to get you all to himself because he thought it’d be an easy way for him to swindle money.”

Moving to SoCal with Sean changed a lot of things for my father and me. He has a billion-dollar construction company but cut me off financially because I left home to be with Sean. Although life got hard for me, I can’t say that I blame him.

“Pack your things,” he says. “I’ll send a private flight for you tomorrow morning. You can come home and get yourself together without that piece of shit Sean weighing you down.”

Reality sets in and it makes me cry even more. I’ve grown to like the life I made here in SoCal. My friends, my job, I love it all. But going back home to New York is what’s best for me and my sanity.

“Ok Dad.” I sniffle. “I’ll pack up and be ready in the morning. Just let me know what time the flight’s coming.”
