Her breasts are sensational. Her ass, too. My cock noticed immediately. As soon as she turned around, it thickened up. It was getting up and ready to wag, I know it was. It wanted to nuzzle between them. Wanted to feel her hot breath on the crown. Stretch up in her soft, warm squeeze.

My cock has a vivid imagination. Conjuring the hot jiggle as she shakes them, hugging my hardening shaft.

Damn.

And now I can’t get her out of my head.

That’s a bad start for the morning. I’ve got a lot to do today.

“Carson, make a left on to Decatur. I need to stop by the attorney’s office. Then we’re going to City Hall.”

A call comes in from Lucas.

“Adam, have you come to your senses yet?”

“About the license application? I’ll get the endorsement from the governor tonight. I’m taking legal backup.”

“Yeah, it’s not the legal threats you need to worry about. A couple of us will be at the ball, so holler if you need physical backup.”

“Thanks, Lucas. What do you think I’ll need help with?”

“Honestly, Adam? I think you need helping out of your hero complex. But, if that’s not on the cards, well, a few of us will be there, you know, just in case.”

“I’m not in your Pinnacle club, Lucas. And you know, I’m not a joiner.”

“That’s okay. We’re a closed membership, anyway.” Lucas’ laugh is always startling. “You know I should have you killed for even saying the name.” And I know he’s only half joking.

After I hang up with Lucas, I call my secretary.

“Olivia, I need the stylist that we used for the video shoot last week, and have her bring her designer friend and some clothes. I need someone dressed up to go to the ball tonight.”

“Certainly, sir,” Olivia breathes. “Female someone or male?”

“Female.”

Olivia’s voice tightens. “Do you know any of their measurements?”

“No, I don’t. It’s the girl in Copy Copy—she calls herself ‘Indi,’ though I’ve no idea what sort of a name that is supposed to be.”

“Often short for ‘India,’ sir.”

I shrug. I can’t keep up with the names people use.

As soon as I’m through with Olivia, I call the copy shop to talk to the girl again, direct.

“I need to talk to Indi,” I say.

“Oh, that’s me.” Her voice is welcoming, like we have a connection. I feel like she recognized my voice. “How can I help?” A lot of ways jump straight into my mind. I shove them aside, or I try. Something about her seems to scramble over my willpower like a kid who’s seen windfall apples behind a wall.

I clear my throat. “I need you to bring the document tonight.”

“Oh,” she hesitates.

I tell her, “Yes, I need you to bring it to me personally. I have to be certain that nobody else sees it, and it stays safe in your possession. And I need you to be there in case there are last-minute changes.” I make a note to have a laptop and a printer at the mansion, as backups to the ones in the limo.

“Er… okay?” She says, “Why do I feel like I’m letting myself in for something that’s a lot more than a courier trip?”

I remind her, “A thousand dollars, remember?”
