“Oh.” The one with the red glasses has tufty red hair, almost the same color. “So you’re like our personal office primper.”

“Primper? Or fluffer? Here,” the other man, wearing a striped, collarless shirt and wide suspenders says, “you can clean under my desk.”

“I’ll wait until you’re done there.”

He laughs. “But it’s very messy right now.”

At this point, I would happily trade places with my sister. I know she gets hassled in the bar where she works, but, in a big room under bright lights alone with these two characters, I feel exposed.

Chapter Three

Ram

That girl, the look in her eye. My blood pounds, my thighs and abs tingle. She sets my mouth watering, and my cock wakes up and uncoils.

I’m here for the most important product launch of my career. Not to salivate over a woman I don’t even know. I must have let Adam’s idiotic jibes and nonsense penetrate deeper under my skin than I realized. My brain is painting filthy pictures of her. I try and shove the images aside.

As I step into the atrium of The Main Event’s black monolithic headquarters, I’m surrounded by a throng of the company’s executives.

Marina Boudreaux, the elegant Operations Officer, steps forward. It’s the first time we’ve met in person, although she’s been my main point of contact. I chose The Main Event because of her track record in delivering big, multi-platform showcases with high impact.

This is the first time we’ve met in person. She is poised, elegant and formidably beautiful, just as her reputation and her press coverage say she is. My head is still awash with the image of the girl at the side door.

Marina steps forward with a hand extended. Then her eyebrows shoot up and her face freezes. At the same time as she registers it, I feel the raging hard-on swelling hot in my pants. It’s so stiff it aches.

While I wonder if there’s a polite way to say, ‘Don’t worry about this. It’s not meant for you,’ I reach out to take her hand. Her arm stiffens for an instant. She recovers and shakes my hand. She blinks as her eyes flick down to my pants and back.

She insists on introducing me to her board and her management team. They’re all struggling not to look at my cock, too, and they all suppress their reactions as they tell me their names.

After the fifth name, I’m impatient. I tell them all, “Look, I don’t care who you are. Show me what you can do. That’s the only way I’ll remember you.”

I’m still gritting my teeth and holding myself back.

“Everything has to be perfect,” I tell them. “Tonight’s launch streams live all over the world. Every continent, every key capital city will be watching.”

I look into Marina Boudreaux’s eyes. “I’m counting on you.”

She’s good at what she does. Her events company stages worldwide product launches, but this will be their biggest yet. They need this as much as I do.

The product doesn’t even exist yet. Virtual models will beam direct to influencers and members of the press in every location.

Top couture fashion designers are here and at all the live events. Runway models from the show here will be projected to dance and mingle with live models at every location. The virtual product will appear in holograms and enhanced VR projections. It’s going to be spectacular.

And all I can think about, all I want right now, is the curvy beauty behind the eyes that locked with mine in the dark outside.

I’ve no clue who she is. She already made me have the most embarrassing introductions to a team ever. And at the start of the most important launch of my career.

I must make certain I never see her again.

Chapter Four

Ella

“Can you feel it?” Olivier, the man with the big red glasses says. “He’s in the building. The vibrations changed.”

His co-worker, Neal, says, “Royalty is among us.”

I can’t help overhearing their chatter while I try to clean up their unbelievable mess.
