“What do you mean here?”

“Don’t you think it would look odd that your husband isn’t staying with you?” I say, raising a brow at her. Her mouth falls open and she’s lost for words. I walk over and drop my towel which makes her gasp, but her eyes don’t leave my dick as I pull on my pajama bottoms.

“We are not sleeping in the same bed,” she declares.

“Why? Because your friend will get jealous?”

She stills as her brow pulls together and glares at me. “Friend?” she questions.

“The one you came home with,” I say, getting annoyed.

“You’re still going on about Dom?” she asks.

“Like I’ve said before, I don’t give a shit about who he is.” I storm over to the bed and pull the duvet back.

“What are you doing?” she questions me again.

“Getting into bed like I said I was,” I grumble, thumping the pillow a couple of times.

“Not with me you’re not,” she argues.

“Yes, I am.”

“No, you’re not.”

“I’m already here so go find another bed if you need to,” I say, turning on my side.

“This is my bed,” she stresses, coming around it as she tries to push me out. “Get out.” She hisses.

“No,” I argue back.

“This is my bed,” she says again.

“It’s our bed now. Remember, you’re the one who announced that to the world,” I remind her.

She stills, her hands are still on my bare skin, and it takes her a couple of moments to realize she’s touching me before she abruptly pulls her hands away.

“You’re an asshole.” Natalia huffs, and I can hear her making a ruckus as she stomps around the bedroom, but the next thing I know, the bed dips and she must be getting in.

“Night, princess, sleep tight.”

“Fuck you,” she sneers before rolling over and going to sleep.

ALESSANDRO

“Oh, my gosh.” A male’s voice pulls me from my sleep.

“Dom?” Natalia asks groggily beside me.

“I forgot you had company,” he says as he starts backing out of the bedroom.

“Company?” she answers seemingly confused.

“Morning, sweetheart,” I say, leaning over and kissing her cheek. She stiffens under my touch before she remembers she’s supposed to be in love. Her friend eyes her suspiciously. “And morning, Dom, is it?” I ask.

“Yes,” he answers curtly, looking between the two of us.
