Page 9 of Accepting Agatha

“What are you doing? Just tossing me around like a caveman?” she asked through her laughter.

“I’m burying my face between these gorgeous thighs for a while. I won’t take no for an answer.”

“No girl in her right mind says no to a man that adamant about going down on her.” She looked down at me while I tugged her panties down to her ankles. I got distracted throwing the covers to the floor, and when I refocused my attention on her, she had kicked the little white knickers off the rest of the way.

“I like those panties. They’re sexy. Though I imagine I would appreciate anything that’s been touching this pussy all day.”

“Less talk, more tongue. Husband.” She gave me a sassy wink and pointed to the juncture of her thighs.

“You know, I’m not normally into punishing women, but I could make an exception for you.” The threat was leveled playfully, but my dick didn’t get the memo about the levity. Remarkably, the thing seemed to get harder with the thought.

Boom. Boom. Boom.

My worst nightmare became reality with that sound at our door.

“Rise and shine, newlyweds,” my boss said from the other side.

“For fuck’s sake,” I muttered into my hands while Agatha scrambled faster than I knew someone could move. She had her panties yanked back into place and was looking frantically from left to right, obviously searching for more clothes.

Boom. Boom. Boom.

“Coming,” I hollered toward the door. “Give me a minute. I just got out of the shower.”

“If my sister is with him, I will die,” Agatha whispered.

“Why? We’ve been sleeping in the same room all weekend. You don’t think people think we’re going at it in here?”

“Didn’t I have a robe on before we took our nap?” she asked while still searching through the bedding.

I picked the thing up off the floor where she had carelessly dropped it and thrust it toward her. Once she had it on, I went to open the door. I’d be tempted to punch his pretty face if he knocked like a madman one more time.

After one last check on my wife’s degree of decency, I slid the deadbolt open, unlocked the door, and flung the thing open.

“Hello,” I said as casually as possible.

“Are you guys ready?” He gave me a slow inspection from my face down to my bare feet and then continued. “Plane leaves when we get to the tarmac. Pilot texted me they’re all fueled up and ready to go.”

“Shit. No.” I rubbed my forehead. “I guess we lost track of time,” I offered weakly. “We can go back commercial if we’re going to hold you up.”

But my dearest had a differing opinion. Of course she did!

From over my shoulder, she shouted, “No, let’s go. We’ll hurry, Elijah. Don’t leave without us. We’ll be out front in ten.”

“Sounds like a plan.” He directed his comment past me to my bride. Then directly to me, he said, “I see who already wears the pants around here.” He finished it with a playful wink, turned abruptly, and strolled off down the pathway.

We just spent an amazing weekend at what was likely the finest hotel I’d ever been to. So many places, hotels, restaurants—hell, even the convenience stores—were over the top with opulence in this town. Vegas had never been my scene, but now that this chapter of my life started here, it became a new favorite.

Agatha’s sister, Hannah, had just married my boss, Elijah Banks. One afternoon, while packing up at the end of a workday, he’d shared the secret getaway plans with me. I’d let the beans spill to my girl the very next time we spoke. From there, Agatha insisted we accompany the party across the Mojave and even leveled a threat to expose their plans to their parents if we couldn’t tag along.

Never in a million years would I have guessed I’d be coming back married like the rest of the men in Elijah’s posse. We’d have to pay the piper eventually, but right now, I needed to pack my stuff and get out of our villa.

The gang had rented a beautiful and private mini compound for their vacation spot that was owned by the infamous Stone family from Chicago. It looked like every venture that family took on was a success.

We all shared one main house for the past three days that included an incredible gourmet kitchen, living room, and dining room. Each couple had a small, isolated villa where we slept. The concept was a great layout, especially for groups like ours.

The moment I closed the door, she set off like a hurricane. She barked out orders, drill-sergeant style, until I finally stepped in her path and stilled her movement with both hands on her shoulders.

“Darling,” I said calmly and ducked my head down to meet her eye to eye. “Settle down. They’re not going to leave without us, and you’re whipping around here like a maniac. We’re bound to leave something behind.”
