Rosa was never meant to go home again. Now, she will learn that it’s called ‘The Blood Lake’ for a reason.
The ancient bond between the Wylt and Vane families has always dictated their destinies, but Rosa Wylt is determined to forge her path away from the haunted estate and the nightmares of her childhood.
When she is summoned home to help her sick mother, Rosa realizes nothing about the family is what it seems. No matter what it takes, she’s going to get to the bottom of their secrets to free herself from her family’s obligation and not get distracted by the sexy and absolutely off-limits Balthasar Vane.
Balthasar is haunted by a past of violence. As the enforcer for his family and heir to his father’s kingdom of vampires, there is no room for weakness in any area of his life, but there is something about vibrant and meddling Rosa Wylt he can’t resist.
The Vanes are forbidden to touch the Wylts, but Balthasar draws Rosa into a world of dark passion, bloodthirsty immortals, and a war that has been raging with the Seelie Fae for centuries. The Queen of the Fae wants the Vanes to suffer, and she will break their world apart to get her revenge.

This series combines gothic, vampire, and fae romance with Celtic myth. Please note that even though it takes place in the ‘Myth and Magic Universe,’ it can be read as a completely separate stand-alone series. It also contains violence, swearing, and spicy scenes.
