“Fairy godmen,” Jake winked at her. “We’re going to be all the rage. Everyone will want one.”

Angelina wiggled out of Ben’s arms to hug Jake.

“Eat the fries on the way out of town. He will never know,” Jake said as he rested his cheek on her hair. “Love you. You were the best fake girlfriend.”

“Who says that has to change? We can still go panty shopping together and have lunch. Besides, we have to plan your wedding next.”

“About that,” Jake hedged.

“We got married,” Max wiggled his finger at her.

“No. When?”

“We flew to Vegas last night. We couldn’t wait.”

“Oh my God. Tell me you got pictures with Elvis,” Angelina bounced excitedly.

“No,” Max growled.

“We have to have lunch when I get back. The love of my life is taking me to the Caribbean. Sun, sand, and unlimited sex for two blessed weeks.”

“I’m so happy for you,” Angelina managed to hug them both at the same time.

“Baby girl, you better get going.” Her father stepped up next, wrapping her in a hug. “So proud of you. You picked a good man. Let me know if he forgets himself and steps out of line.”

“Love you, Dad,” Angelina buried her head in his chest like when she was young. “Ben isn’t going to mess up.”

“He made you a mother, but I have no problem making you a widow. We can take care of our little girl.”

“Mine.” Ben pulled Angelina into his arms as the discussion of baby sexes and due dates whirled around them.

“Be good to my baby girl. She is yours,” Quinn told Ben. “Be good to my boy. He is yours,” he repeated to Angelina.

“Let’s go. Those two weeks are calling our name,” Ben ushered her to the truck.

She waved at the small crowd that was still in deep discussion. She had no idea how much cash Jake was holding. Her heart warmed watching them. Jake blew her a kiss before pocketing more cash thrust his way. It didn’t matter to her if it was a boy or girl or even how many. All that mattered was the man beside her and the life they created.

“Love you, Shorty,” Ben said, taking her hand and bringing it to his lips for a kiss.

“Love you, Army Ken,” Angelina sighed happily. “Feed me, take me away, and fuck me, my husband.”

“Those are the words that go straight to a man’s heart,” he smirked, placing her hand on the bulge in his pants.

Driving away from town, Angelina teased until they couldn’t take it anymore. It may have taken a few extra stops before they got to the cabin, but neither one seemed to mind. Clothes disheveled, tired, and insanely happy, they stumbled through the door, ready for their happily ever after to begin.

Chapter 27 Epilogue

“What did she have?”

“Who won?”

“It was a boy.”

“No way. It was a girl.”

Opinions and questions were fired from around the room. Ben stood with a goofy smile stretched ear to ear. He almost missed it. Hopping three planes and borrowing a delivery vehicle left running got him there just as Angelina was ready to push. Jake was by her side, but he would have died if he missed the birth of his children for some rich snot-nosed brat who decided to shoot his mouth off in an unfriendly country.

“Ben, is my baby girl okay?” Quinn rasped, rushing from his chair to Ben’s side.
