snack in between. It's days like these that I really regret not keeping my work car at home or buying one. But gas is so expensive, I like to conserve it as much as possible. I feel like I'm going to be limping back to my house. But I take the almost painful walk all the way home. Getting in the place, I shoot Daphne a text.
Me: Are you getting ready for tonight?
Little fox: Yes, I am. I'm very excited for you to see what I have planned to wear. Both in public and in private.
Me: You're doing things to me. Something that will make me walk over right now. All sweaty from the gym.
Little fox: My shower works ;)
Me: You're a little temptress, aren't you?
Little fox: Yes, but you are also quite the seducer of yourself.
*Little fox sent an attachment. *
Little fox: I think I win, though. See you tonight x
Holy fuck, she's in a black lingerie outfit, standing in front of
a mirror. Her hand is touching her breast, and damn if I don't wish it was mine. She's perfect. This is going to get her something special tonight. I'm hard as fuck, and I already know what I'll be doing in the shower. I pick my phone back up to text her back.
Me: If that's what you're wearing, be prepared for it to be torn off you. See you tonight, little fox.
God, this woman makes me crazy. Stripping off my clothes, I go to my shower to run it the hottest that I can take. To let off the steam that only Daphne can work up inside me. After my lovely and relaxing shower, I make a quick lunch. Just some pizza rolls; I can't have salads every day. My phone starts ringing, and looking at it, I see it's Alicia. I pick up.
"Archer, you're still coming with a date, right?"
"Alicia, hello, how's it going? What is my dear sister doing?"
"I really can't stand you." I can feel her eye roll through the phone.
"Yes, Alicia, I am bringing my date. Your wedding is in a
couple of weeks. I already have everything planned: flights and a hotel. I just have to get Daphne a dress that says, 'I don't need this to be beautiful, but with it on, I look spectacular.' You know?"
"Aw, you're like in love." I start eating my pizza rolls.
"Alicia, we've been together for like a week. I am not in love." I am most definitely starting to fall in love. Alicia already knows that, too.
"Mhm, I can't wait to meet her. It's going to be amazing to finally have a sister."
"If she even likes you."
"That was rude, and you know it. She's going to love me, especially because I'm nothing like you."
"Well, she loves parts of me."
She fakes a throwing-up noise. "I think I'm going to be scarred for life. Please don't ever say or hint at your love life again."
"Alicia, you're getting married. I basically know your love
life, and I'm not saying anything."
"Well, yeah, because that would be awkward and uncalled for."
"Speaking of, what is it you were calling for?" I know her; she just doesn't call for a quick chat with her brother. She either wants something or really wants something.
"I was thinking. Do you still have grandma's hair clips? I know that you basically took everything because it was easier, but I would love to wear one for my day. I don't know how hard it will be to find-"
