"Hey, girl!" Phoebe got up to welcome them as Jacob released Annie, and her daughter bolted down the steps and raced over to them. "What's up?"

"It's Hart party time," Tatum said, as she picked up Annie and swung her onto her hip. "Hey, princess. How's Rosa?"

"Good." Annie beamed at her, her hands clasped around Tatum's neck. "I want the baby now."

Tatum laughed. "Soon, sweetie. Soon."

Jacob stood up and held out his hand to Phoebe. "Come on. There's someone I want you to meet."

Phoebe raised her brows as she slipped her hand into his. "More Harts? I thought I met everyone."

"Future Harts."

"Future ones?" Phoebe groaned. "New horses? Dogs?"

"Nope." He led the way down the steps as Brody opened the back door of his truck. "Grandparents."

Phoebe frowned at him. "Hart grandparents? But none of you have parents in your lives."

"No. But you do."

Phoebe stared at him. "What?"

Jacob smiled and gestured to the truck.

Phoebe spun around and watched as her mother stepped out of the truck. "Mom!" She launched herself across the driveway and flung herself into her mom's arms. "You're here!"

"Oh, Phoebe." Her mom held her so tightly. "God, I missed you."

"Hey, Phoebe." Her dad leaned over and waggled his fingers at her. "I missed you, pumpkin."

"Dad!" She grabbed him and pulled him into the hug. They were all crying, and Phoebe felt like she could never let them go. "When did you guys get here? I thought you weren't coming for a few weeks."

"These billionaire boys hooked us up with their private jet," her mom said with a wink. "How could we turn that down?" She held out her arms to Jacob, who walked over and gave both her parents a huge, adorably sweet hug. "It's about time I got to meet my future son-in-law," she said. "You're every bit the handsome cowboy that Phoebe said you were."

Jacob's cheeks turned pink, but his grin was big. "Yeah, well, cowboy yes. Handsome? I'm just glad she thinks I'm worthy of her."

Rosa smiled. "We all, do, Jacob. Thanks for everything."

He nodded. "I'll always take care of her. Always."

"I know."

Henry reached over and hugged Jacob as well. "We'll never forgive ourselves for not keeping her safe the first time around," he said gruffly. "But we'll always be grateful the path led her to you."

Jacob grinned. "Thank you. I appreciate it." He smiled at Phoebe, and she saw the joy in his eyes. Just as Henry had become her dad, not simply a stepdad, when Rosa had married him, she knew Henry would be the dad Jacob had never had as well. The bond was already there.

Rosa's gaze went to Annie, who was still in Tatum's arms, watching with wide eyes. "My sweet girl. Annie. It's Grandma Rosa."

Phoebe hurried over to Annie and swung her into her arms, resting her on her hip. Annie wrapped her arms around Phoebe's neck and pressed her face into Phoebe as she carried her over to her parents. "Annie, it's Grandma and Grandpa. They came to visit."

Annie stared at them with wide eyes.

Rosa leaned in and smiled. "You remember our song?"

Annie nodded silently.

"Will you sing it with me?"
