“It was good, wish you’d been there though.” he said as he ran his hand slowly down my back and on to my ass, where he let it stay.

“Me too, but we have the rest of the day together, and dinner with the family later. Oh, and Toby made brownies, they smell amazing,” I said and wriggled my ass in his hand.

“Is that what that is? Grazie fratello.” Don said, and Toby nodded proudly.

“He’s been a busy bee,” I said, then grabbed Dons hand and towed him towards the garage door. “He even found time to hide your present, wanna go open it?” I asked, practically bouncing on the spot as I paused by the door.

“Of course I do.” Don said.

Toby pushed past me and led the way into the garage. He wasn’t wrong about it being easy to find though. Toby had slung a bedsheet over it and balanced a huge red bow on top.

Don stopped and tugged me to his chest. “Is it a…” he trailed off.

“I don’t know,” I purred. “Maybe you should go and find out.”

He held me tight for a moment, “I think it is, but even if it isn’t, grazie baby.” he murmured into my hair and kissed the top of my head.

Toby leaned against his car which was parked beside Don’s gift and folded his arms across his chest as he waited for Don to unveil his new Ducati.

Don grabbed the sheet and pulled it off of the bike. The second he did his eyes bulged and his mouth dropped open.

“Is that the-.” he gasped and started circling the bike.

“Yep.” I said, stepping forward to run my hand down the side of it.

“But they only made-.”

“Five hundred. Yes, I know.”

“How did you manage to find one?” he asked, staring at me in complete disbelief, like his dream bike wasn’t sitting in our garage ready for him to take out whenever the hell he wanted to.

“I have my ways.” I said, and Toby snorted. “Ok, I had a little help. Anyway, do you like it?”

“Nutmeg.” he said affectionately as he reached me and spun me around to face him.

He pushed me against the bike and placed his hands on it on either side of my hips. I kissed him quickly, but he pushed forward, not caring one bit about what I’d done a few minutes ago in the kitchen.

“I love it, I love you.” he said, between quick kisses and I giggled against his lips as he refused to stop.

“Do you want to take it out?” Toby asked and we pulled apart.

“Later.” Don said, giving the bike a longing look. “First I want that little celebration you promised.” he raised his brows at Toby.

Toby nodded and gave me a quick wink before gesturing for us to follow.

“Does this have anything to do with the cake?” I asked as I fell into step beside Toby, but he just gave me a mysterious look and led the way up the stairs.

Don held back a step as I walked up the stairs and I threw him a questioning look over my shoulder.

“Just enjoying the view.” he said, then muttered something under his breath that I couldn’t hear.

When I stepped into the master bedroom I fell still. Toby had been busy indeed. Peeking out of each corner of the bed was a length of rope tied to a soft velvet restraint, and in the middle was a scatter of rose petals sitting beneath a bottle of vintage Dalmore, Don’s favourite.

“Toby,” Don said as he moved past me and grabbed the bottle. “You remembered.”

“Am I the only one seeing the new restraints?” I asked. Still unable to move as I stared at the ropes with an excited smile spreading across my face.

“Oh, yeah that.” Toby said but didn’t continue.
