“You’re going to have to help me, El,” I tell her breathlessly. “Move with me, baby,”

I feel her nod as I pull out and slam back home, going slowly until I can set the perfect pace. Elise’s body matches my movements perfectly, meeting me thrust for thrust. I don’t even notice her weight in my arms, all my focus pinned on where we are connected, entranced by the way my cock disappears into her pussy. The erotic sight makes arousal roar through me like a flash fire.

All of it combined––the setting, the way Elise is so eager to work herself on my cock, the sight of her coming apart––coalesces into a surge of sensation that has my balls tightening and my jaw clenching.

I start to tell Elise, between claiming her mouth with mine and watching the way her expression changes as I fuck her, that I’m about to come, but just now I feel the flutter of her walls around me.

“You’re close,” I growl, “Come for me, El,”

She was already there, but my words make it inevitable, and her pussy spasms around the hard length of my manhood as she milks me dry, muffling her moans of pure bliss in my neck, her entire body shuddering with the force of it. When I follow her, the pleasure explodes out of me like a firebomb, and I have to concentrate hard not to drop her. I can only press my forehead against her when she raises her eyes to look at me, spilling my seed into her, so lost in everything that is Elise that it’s hard to breathe.

I only start to lower her slowly to her feet when I know she’s starting to relax, and while she sags against me as her feet hit the floor, Elise stands, letting out a breathy laugh.

“Was I really the first one you’ve been with in here?” she asks, pushing sweat-damp hair from her face.

“I never kiss and tell.”

She gives me a scathing look, fixing her clothes while I do the same for mine, hissing as I touch my overly-sensitive member while tucking it back into my pants. Once we’re decent again, I lead her over to the edge of my bed and we both nearly collapse into a sitting position, Elise laying her head on my shoulder as we give our shaking legs a respite.

“Dan,” she starts out, sounding almost apprehensive.

“Hm?”

“What if we give it a try?”

Furrowing my brows, I look down at her. “What exactly do you mean by that?”

Raising her head off my shoulder, she sighs, fingers plucking at the duvet. “Like being a couple. What if we give it a try? I don’t know if it’s a good idea, but….”

Time seems to stop and then pick back up again at triple speed. I grab both of her hands in mine, elated. “It’s a brilliant idea, El,” I see her open her mouth to contradict me, so I do the only thing I can think of––I kiss her passionately, pouring my love into each press of lips and swipe of tongue until we’re both breathing hard. “A very brilliant idea.”

Elise looks happy, her smile bright. “I’m glad you’re so enthusiastic, but are you sure about this? I don’t want to force anything on you.”

I can’t help the laugh that slips out. “Elise, I’m more than sure, love.”

“Okay.” She nods, but it’s clear the apprehension is still there. “Just promise me that if this doesn’t work out we can continue to be friends. I can’t lose our friendship. I can’t…” Elise takes a deep breath and exhales slowly. “I can’t lose you.”

Thoughts swirl in my mind; I imagine Elise near me but untouchable, or spotting Elise with a different man at a party from across the room. It makes a headache bloom to life in my skull almost immediately. Being her friend after loving her would be almost impossible. I just know it. But… looking at her beautiful face, and feeling her hands in mine, I can’t imagine my life without her, either. “I promise.”

The tender moment is interrupted by the sound of Elise’s phone going off. I try not to be annoyed at how fast she jumps up, but I realize it might be Andries calling, which would explain the reason for her rush. Taking out the phone, which has now stopped ringing, I see Elise frown.

“Is it your brother?”

She shakes her head. “Actually, it was Tatiana. She texted me, too. Looks like she wants me to come to her place later on.”

As nonchalant as Elise sounds about it, the idea of sleeping without her tonight makes me frown. “Is Tatiana already stealing my girlfriend from me?”

Tossing the phone back in her purse, Elise sways over to me, putting her hands on my shoulders and leaning down to smile at me. “You know I’ve got to talk to her. Tatiana is the reason that Andries knew about the two of us in the first place.”

I shrug. “Honestly, not sure if that was a bad thing.”

She hums thoughtfully, letting me skin my hands up her body as she does so. “Hmm, true. It’s better that he knows now.”

Giving me a little finger wave, Elise goes to my ensuite bathroom to clean up while I fall backward onto the bed completely, my hands behind my head. It seems like a dream that Elise actually wants to be in a relationship with me and not continue to hide everything from everyone. Finally, finallyI can call her my girlfriend. It feels almost immature, but I can’t wait for everyone to know. I want to scream it from the rooftops.

Or, instead of yelling it out to everyone in Amsterdam, I could call Johan and deliver the news to him myself. The thought makes me grin, loving the idea of revenge, but ultimately I decide against it.

I take her hand and lead her out into the warm summer day, my heart full of anticipation for what the future holds for us. As we stand under the rolling, white clouds, I can't help but steal a kiss, whispering in her ear, “I'm already missing you and you haven't even left yet.”
