Tanner scoops the remote out of a pouch on the side of the sofa and flicks through film options until he finds an action film.
“Do you remember this one?” he asks.
“It came out the week after our sixth-form prom.” I dip my chin. “We were meant to see it together.”
“Do you want to watch it now?”
I rub my chest.
“As part of my promise to you that things will be different this time.”
“They already are different, Daddy.”
“I know. But I’m going to keep proving it to you.”
“I know you will, even though you don’t have to.”
“I do. For me, as much as for you.”
“You shouldn’t shoulder all the blame for our break-up, Daddy. We weren’t ready to be together then. We are now.”
He smiles. “I like that way of looking at things.”
I kiss his cheek. “I’m glad.”
“We can choose a different film.”
I shake my head. “This one’s perfect. I never did get around to seeing it.”
“Nor did I.”
I expect him to press Play. Instead, he puts his hands on my hips, stands me up, and turns me around so I’m facing him.
“Take your clothes off.”
I gesture to the TV. “I thought—”
“Take your clothes off, boy.” His tone is firmer and impossible to resist.
I strip like lightning, gather my clothes up, and put them on the armchair. He stands and undresses much slower than I did.
He sits, legs splayed. I don’t know if I’m meant to sit on his lap again, so I stay still, watching him as I wait for his next command. Whatever he has planned, I’m sure I’m going to love it.
“Turn around.”
I obey.
“Legs apart. Bend over and clasp your ankles.”
I grin as I do as I’m told. Blood rushes to my head, but I’m too excited by what he might be about to do to care that I’m getting a little dizzy. The sofa creaks. There’s a rustle and then the soft pop of a lube bottle being opened. I have no idea where he was keeping that. With the TV remote, perhaps? He drizzles lube over my arse crack and strokes me there.
“Is that nice, baby?”
“Yes, Daddy.”
He presses the pad of his finger against my arsehole. “We’re going to play a game while we’re watching the film.”
“A game?”
