“Okay. Just checking.”
Leigh breathed out a sigh of relief. She scrambled to put away her toys before Morgan found some other reason to come and check on her. She couldn’t believe she’d just done that. She hadn’t even realized she had a kink for orgasm denial, but Morgan seemed to bring out strange things in her.
Too bad she’d never get a chance to explore this with Morgan in person.
Leigh avoided leaving her room for as long as possible, but her stomach finally forced her out for lunch. She struggled to meet Morgan’s eyes, sure that Morgan would somehow know her dirty fantasy just by looking at her.

Deciding that she couldn’t be trapped in the house alone with Morgan right now—Jake and Mike were at the spa—Leigh texted a few friends until she found one who could meet her for drinks. Leigh mostly ignored Morgan as she chatted with her friend, and Morgan made no move to insert herself into the conversation. She was considerate like that. She didn’t interfere with any of Leigh’s usual activities if she could help it.
Jake got back from his spa day practically glowing. He and Leigh faked having loud sex so that he could tell her all about it. Leigh even confessed her guilty fantasy about Morgan.
“So? Sleep with her. I’ve seen the way she looks at you. Trust me, she won’t turn you down.”
“You know why I can’t.”
“I think you’re wrong about her. I think we can trust her.”
“I think we can, too, Jake, but that’s the operative word—think. Thinking isn’t good enough. We need toknowbefore we make a decision that could destroy both of us.”
“I’ll leave it to your judgment, but just know that if we’re voting, I vote to tell Morgan. It’ll help her do her job, and it’ll make our lives a lot easier if we don’t need to sneak around in our own home.”
Leigh moaned loudly before jiggling the headboard a few times, banging it against the wall for Morgan’s benefit.
“I know it sucks to have to hide at home—the one place we thought we’d never have to hide. I’m sorry, Jake. This is all because of threats against me. I wish you didn’t have to deal with it too.”
“Hey, none of that. We’re a team. Now come on, let’s finish up out little tryst and get to bed. You look like you could use some sleep.”
They both “came” at nearly the same time. Jake and Leigh had both masturbated in front of each other so that they could describe to one another the noises the other made while coming. Leigh believed the results were both accurate and convincing.
When they emerged for dinner, Leigh still felt a little self-conscious around Morgan, but Jake put her at ease by being his usual self, distracting her with engrossing conversation, so much so that Leigh barely noticed that her plate was empty.
She said goodnight to Morgan and retreated to her room, reading for a bit before going to bed.
Leigh was a good sleeper and almost always slept through the night, which was why she was surprised when she woke up in the middle of the night, as suddenly as though someone had poured a bucket of ice water over her head.
She stayed where she was, some instinct warning her not to move or turn on the light. Leigh saw a shadow moving in the corner of her room, not a corner where the light from the streetlamps outside usually reached.
She froze, her heart suddenly beating double-time.
The shadow moved.
Leigh was certain now.
Someone was in her room.
The shadow lunged for her.
Leigh screamed.
