Trent moved to his side. "How's the pain?"

“It’s not bad,” he whispered.

Trent patted his shoulder.

Hunter leaned into him. The best thing in his life had happened; he'd gotten his brother back.

"It's going to be a great day, dude," Trent said, taking a second to adjust Hunter's tie. "Lady killer, that's what you are, bro."

Hunter slightly choked up. “You're here."

Trent's eyes misted. "Right here, bro."

Warmth filled him and, for a second, he almost cried.

Trent wagged his finger at him. "No messing up your makeup."

Hunter laughed. "Right. Leave it to the idiot to make the best, stupid joke a brother could make."

Trent laughed. "That's why you missed me when I was dead; all my stupid jokes."

This had come to be the thing Trent said to everyone when he did something annoying; 'That's why you missed me when I was dead'.

“You're looking quite dashing.”

Both of them turned.

Liberty slipped next to Trent, who pulled her into him. "I missed you."

Trent kissed her, like a full make out kiss.

It'd been the most beautiful thing to see those two reunited and more in love than ever.

"Hey," Hunter said, teasing. "Don't make me make Marshall's bad 'get a room' joke.

Trent rubbed his nose to Liberty's and laughed. "I don't care what jokes you make, I'll kiss her whenever I want to."

Liberty giggled. "I don't care, either." Liberty reached out and play slugged him. "You ready for this?"

The cool thing about having sisters-in-law, Hunter had decided, was that they really felt like sisters. "Semper Fi."

“How come I am never informed about these family meetings?” Kensi walked toward them. She looked beautiful in her pale pink dress with her round tummy and her radiant face.

"Hey, you should be sitting with your feet up," Hunter chastised her.

Kensi threw her arms around Hunter. "I'm good."

He held her for a moment and thought of his mother. He missed his mother. And his father. "So you're really doing okay?" He whispered in her ear.

Kensi pulled back and smiled. “I'm good and it's going to be a good day today.”

“You can say that again," Trey called out.

Hunter turned. Trey, Marshall, and Brooks walked toward them.

Trey moved to Hunter’s other side and put a hand on his shoulder. “My baby brother, finally getting married to the woman he's always loved.”

Hunter nodded and wasn't surprised when Brooks and Marshall began circling him. “I think I need a Hunter sandwich.”
