Judith laughed. “Are you sure?” She was lightly sarcastic. “How does Monday sound?”

“Brilliant. I love it. I’ll be there. Thank you, thank you!” I disconnected and handed Oz his phone before I realized I hadn’t gotten details. Office location. Dress code. Working hours. My mind was racing so fast it could barely keep up with itself, I was so excited.

Oz’s phone buzzed, and he showed me the text from Judith with all the information and an I’m looking forward to it.

“Yay.” I clapped and bounced.

“I assume congratulations are in order?” Graham looked amused.

I should stop bouncing. I couldn’t. I gave him a huge hug and kiss, and then one for Oz. “Do you know how amazing this is?” The question was rhetorical. Everyone must know.

“Should we be hurt that seeing us again didn’t earn that kind of response?” Graham asked.

Seriously? There was no contest. “Do you want me to beg Judith to call me a filthy whore and plead for her to fuck me?”

“Definitely not,” Oz said quickly. He pressed a long kiss to my lips, drawing out my breath and making my heart skip. “Congratulations.”

This was so incredible. This was I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect fantasy levels of wonderful. The job was the cherry on top of the banana split sundae. Being caught between Oz and Graham, feeling the warmth in the room, the love, was the best thing ever.

It set a high bar for what came next.

And I had no doubt we’d beat that benchmark over and over.
