“Hell, no,” Diego said. “Tell her, Killian.”

“We’re here because we love spending time with you. Don’t get me wrong, I will not turn down a chance of being between your sweet thighs, but I’m here for you. Not just for the sex.”

“Oh.” Her cheeks heated.

“Don’t be embarrassed,” Diego said. “This is not a situation for you to be embarrassed about.”

“It’s not?”

“No.”

She covered her face, and this time, Diego was the one to move her hands away.

“You’ve got to stop trying to hide. There is no reason for you to.” Diego kissed her cheek. “If you weren’t poorly, I’d kiss your lips. We’re here to take care of you.”

“I look awful.”

“Yeah, and when we’re ill, we’ll look just as bad, maybe a little worse,” Diego said.

“Speak for yourself. I look amazing. I’ve got the whole lost look. It’ll make your heart melt,” Killian said.

She laughed, then groaned as her stomach was hurting.

“You need to get these crazy ideas out of your head where you believe we’re only here for your body. We are, but we also like you talking to us. Spending time with us. You know, doing ordinary couple stuff,” Diego said.

“And while we’re at it, when you’re better again, we’re taking you on a picnic,” Killian said.

“You are?” Now she was intrigued.

“Yes. Diego and I, we already figured you haven’t been dated enough, and so we’re all going on a picnic.”

“And the movies. That’s a date thing still, right?” Diego asked.

“And you’ll be coming to a party at our clubs,” Killian said.

“I will? How is that going to work?” Amy said. “You’re both presidents of two separate clubs.”

“Well, we’ve been working something out,” Diego said. “It’ll take some more work, so the partying at the clubs will be a bit later. Now, you need to rest, and we will take care of you.” He kissed her cheek again. “Rest. It’s an order.”

Killian stood up.

“Soup?” he asked.

“Yes, I’d love some.” No one had ever taken care of her when she was ill. Her ex had always demanded attention, even when she was sick. How she ever loved that man was beyond her.

Killian and Diego, they were everything.

Did they want her to choose between them? She hoped not because there was no way she’d ever be able to make a decision. She loved both of them, and she couldn’t imagine being with one without the other.

What mess had she gotten them all into?

****

Amy wasn’t pregnant.

Killian helped Diego as they put Amy to bed. They’d both fed her soup, and helped her as she threw it all back up. They’d showered her, and held her hair back as she vomited again, showered her again.

For any other woman, he’d have been pissed off, angry at how she’d ruined his night, but with Amy, this was all so very different. Being with her wasn’t like anything he’d ever experienced.
