Ere opened his mouth to unleash his usual eloquence, but only a croak scratched out of his throat.

As he cleared it, it was the usually silent and terse Sorin who returned with perfect, gentlemanly manners, “Well met, Divina.”

Her entire body tightened and shivered with obvious delight at the sound of Sorin’s deep, rumbling voice.

“Ooohhh, you are so very sexy!” she declared, sashaying toward him slowly, the movements of her hips downright hypnotic.

“I justadorebig, beautiful men!”

Ere bristled at her blatant appreciation of his Mate and might have hissed unbecomingly at her.

But she merely turned those dark, limpid eyes toward him and said with a beaming smile, “You are the luckiest man on earth, friend Ere, to possess the love of such a magnificent male.”

Instantly, Ere’s hackles smoothed, and every confrontational, defensive cell melted into contentment. His hiss turned into a purr, and his eyes slitted with drowsy pleasure.

“Divina,” Cloud sighed. “Stop bespelling everyone you meet.”

She blinked big innocent eyes at him and affected a small, slim-fingered hand to the middle of her bountiful chest.

“Who, me? I haven’t done anything.”

Cloud narrowed his eyes and flattened his mouth into a stern line.

“Oh, very well,” she relented, spinning around and walking away from Ere in a cloud of subtle yet intoxicating perfume.

As the dust settled behind her, so to speak, Ere’s head began to clear. Suddenly, he could breathe easier, his heart returning to its normal rhythm. He hadn’t even noticed, up to that point, that it was beating faster than usual.

“What was that?” he whispered to Sorin, somewhat shaken, though not uncomfortably.

“That,” his Mate answered, while both of them kept their eyes trained on the luscious, swaying peach of Divina’s rear end—

“Is what you would call a femme fatale.”

“To what do I owe the pleasure of your visit?” Divina asked as she regarded each of the three men in turn.

They were so very beautiful in different ways, and as all kinds of beauty gave her pleasure, she took her time admiring each of the males in turn.

Cloud was all lean lines and powerful grace. His movements and manners smooth and controlled. He was one with the air around him, and he knew how to harnessqito his advantage, rendering all of his actions minimal and efficient.

Sorin was the tallest amongst the three at over six and a half feet in height. Broad and muscular, he exemplified the best of raw, primal masculinity. Just beholding him made Divina’s inner female purr with happiness, knowing that such a fine specimen of manhood was in the world to protect those weaker than him.

And then there was the exquisite beauty of the man called Ere, who was in the process of wiping his face of Chewie’s affection with his sleeve.

Honestly, Ere made Divina slightly jealous. He was arguably more beautiful than she was, and that was really saying something.

Not one for false modesty, Divina knew she possessed the bombshell type of beauty in her humanoid form. The utmost feminine type that brought out the best and most extreme aspects of maleness.

In her dragon form, she was just as extravagant. For she was the only kind of dragon in creation that had feathers instead of scales. Multi-colored feathers, in fact.

What made Divina immediately like Ere, however, was that he appeared completely oblivious to his own beauty and charisma.

This was not a male who knew his assets and used them well. All he cared about, from the moment she laid eyes on him, clear as day, was his connection to his Mate. As long as Sorin only looked at him, Ere was content.

Divina had never witnessed a love like theirs up close and personal before.

Such Bonds didn’t exist in the Celestial realm. There was pleasure, beauty, bounty and joy in the Heavens. And no pain.
