What about all my questions? And what was so funny about textbooks? Everyone knew they were the cornerstones of learning a language properly. I’d had shelves of them when I learnt French. Maybe because the world is digital now, she had some sort of high-tech online portal or app that we could access instead? Then again, if she didn’t appear to have a website or any form of social media presence, that might be unlikely…
