Of course, she was right. Bree was always right. She had intuition about men. Well, about the men I dated. She couldn’t tell a dude from a dud when it came to her own love life.
“You win.” Although, it seemed to me like I was probably the only one with anything at stake here. “I’ll stay.”
“Keep me posted, okay?” she paused. “And if you think about coming home before your vacation is over, you’ll call me?”
I sighed. “Of course, I will.”
But if these guys didn’t figure out how to get along, there wasn’t going to be anything to tell.
