“I’ll burn you alive if you don’t fucking tell me.” I turned the blow torch back on.

“No please!”

“Fuck your begging. You, sorry son of a bitch!”

I burned his other thigh.

“Ahh! Somebody help!”

“Nobody can hear you or save you. Why didn’t you ever try and abduct Lydia?”

“She was always with her parents. She didn’t walk home alone like the others she was always with an adult. She played outside, but in the back yard. Her mother kept her so fucking close. I was angry I couldn’t have her.” He closed his eyes. “It felt so good to finally taste her.”

I fucking lost it. Tossing the blow torch to the ground. I began strangling him.

Caden pulled me off of him.

CHAPTER TWENTY-TWO

HAYDEN

“Eric, we need the location of the bodies!”

“You, worthless motherfucker! Where the fuck are the bodies now! Before I burn your body slow. I will torture you all night.” Spit flew from my mouth, I was furious.

He coughed up the location. He buried the bodies in the same location so he said.

“Caden, give the info to Val. Send him to check it out.”

“On it.”

Caden stepped away to talk to Valen.

I gripped Bobby’s shirt, pulling him close. “I’m going to give you the chance to fight me and maybe even escape. The second we confirm the location. I will release you and we’ll fight.”

I sat on the chair across from the piece of shit while we waited to hear from Valen.

The thoughts in my mind visualized him stalking and preying on Lydia over the years.

“While we wait. I made my woman a promise. I am going to break your fucking fingers. The same hand you used to touch her with is the one I will break.

I stood on the side of him, grabbing his dominant hand.

“Please don’t do this! I won’t ever touch her or another child again.”

I bent back his index finger. “This is for touching Scrumptious the stripper. You had no right to violate her. “Crack!” We all heard the sound of his bone cracked.

He screamed.

“The middle finger. Fuck you! You, worthless low life fuck!” I cracked his pale finger back.

“The thumb, I’m breaking for the girl Lydia Carmichael, you had no business stalking a child. Then feeling like a big name knowing you’ve watched her for years. She had no fucking idea you watched her.” My vision was clouded from the tears. The children were innocent. He stole their innocence.

“These last two fingers are for the two children you killed. You murderer, stealer of dreams! How could you do that?”

I stepped away running my hands over my hair. I huffed and puffed trying to calm down.

I felt a hand on my shoulder. “Eric, I’m so sorry,” Caden whispered.

I lifted my shirt wiping my face to rid my tears.

Caden’s phone rang.

I glanced at him.

“Val, are we solid?”

Caden nodded yes. “You know how to preserve the site. Sit on it. Do you have anyone you can trust to sit on it with you?”

“Good. We will be in touch soon.”

I stepped off in the other direction, removing the plastic roll from the van. I pulled my leather gloves, snug. I’ve never murdered anyone until today. He doesn’t deserve to live. Fuck, going to jail and paying for his crimes. He murdered two children. Ruined their parents lives. What would have happened if we didn’t take matters into our own hands today. Would he have possibly retaliated against Lydia. I couldn’t take any chances.

I lined the cement floor with plastic then snipped the zip ties setting Bobby free. Slowly he stood. Head down he charged toward me. Grabbing his neck in a choke hold, I swiveled behind, choking him. I slammed his body to the ground dug my knee into his chest. His good hand was pinned down under my leg, while my hands squeezed the life out of his worthless body. I strangled him until the blood vessels appeared in his eyes from lack of oxygen, until he was no longer breathing. I fell back, trying to catch my own breath. I was in shock.

“Hayden! Hayden!” Sebastian snapped his fingers in front of my eyes.

I glanced up at him. “Hayden, let’s get moving.”

Sebastian and I stuffed Bobby into a black suitcase. We cleaned up the warehouse leaving not a trace of evidence. The chair and zip ties were thrown into the back of the van. We drove for thirty minutes, arriving at a crematorium.
