“Marquez, we need to get Elliot somewhere secure.”

His words pull her back into action.

She grabs her radio.

“Transport both hostages under separate armed escorts. No standard routes and no local booking facility. Take them directly to the federal building.”

“Peter needs a hospital,” Ivy says.

On the dock, Mark kneels beside the gallery manager. Peter’s face is swollen and blood covers one side of his coat.

A medic examines him.

“He can be treated at the secured medical facility,” Marquez says.

“He could have internal injuries.”

“He’ll receive proper care.”

Ivy looks ready to argue, but Ward speaks before she can.

“They’ll protect him there.”

“What about Elliot?” Willow asks. “Simon took him from a police vehicle once.”

“He won’t get a second opportunity,” Marquez says.

The body-camera view shifts as federal agents lift Elliot from the dock.

He grabs Ben’s arm again.

“Arthur.”

“Your father?” Ben asks.

“They have him.”

Willow goes pale.

“Where?” Ben demands.

“Blue Lantern.”

Agent Marquez is already calling San Francisco police.

“Do not send marked vehicles,” Ben says through the camera.

Marquez stops.

“Simon will be watching the marina,” he continues. “If he sees police, Arthur dies.”

Keating points toward a screen showing the patrol boat pursuing the fishing vessel.

“The suspects are heading north.”

Ben turns toward the water.

“They’re pulling your people away from Blue Lantern.”
